Fantastic Ntp

I can’t praise them enough,lots of patience they’ve had with me specially Kelly & Mark right from the beginning.When I signed up to this I had no idea how hard it is,well!At least for me 🥵.Their brilliant work with friendly and kind approach…I am just surprised that they lasted with me that long 😁because I finally passed .

Fantastic Team...

Fantastic Team! When I decided to do my TM CPC course I have done a lot of research who would be able to provide the best for me. NTP was 100% a winner for me! All the information and extras this course come with and this team gives you them 100% to ensure they help you through your journey in this course. All I can say to the NTP Team is a huge Thank You, you all have been amazing!

NTP has always been incredibly helpful

NTP has always been incredibly helpful. Although it took us six months to book our first course, we never felt pressured during that time. Instead, we consistently received thoughtful and practical advice tailored to our business needs.

The course we selected was delivered exceptionally well and was fully customised for our business, offering incredible value. Their service truly deserves a 5-star rating. It’s also fantastic that you always get to speak with the same people, avoiding the frustration of being passed around a call centre.

I have recently signed up with NTP…

I have recently signed up with NTP Online Learning, and so far I am extremely impressed with my student experience. Firstly, I have been kindly welcomed onto the course. The online course structure and the course materials are great, which includes podcasts. Most importantly the offer of help and support throughout your student journey is excellent. Transport manager cpc

Was looking for a company to do my transport manager cpc and came across ntp I can not highly recommend them enough the support was amazing if you had any questions thay were answered quick and explained so I understand thay also have access to audio with is great if you are busy I would recommend ntp to anyone and i will use again for any future courses thank you so much for the help and support

Waste of money

Never got a single call or text of support. Clearly not interested in anything apart from being paid. Try to cancel my course and got threatened to go to court. Not a good reliable company.

Since we cannot always predict when support is needed, we clearly outline in all our materials that learners should reach out to us whenever help is required.

Regarding your concerns about the course and payment terms, we aim to be as transparent as possible. When you signed up, you agreed to the terms and conditions, which included a 14-day money-back guarantee. This period had already passed, and 73% of the course materials were accessed before any attempt to cancel was made. The terms also specified that payments are to be made on time and in full as part of the 6-month interest-free agreement. Unfortunately, this obligation was not met, and the outstanding balance remains payable.

We strive to support all our learners, but adhering to the agreed terms ensures fairness for all parties involved. If you have further concerns, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address them comprehensively.

Best decision I ever made…

Best decision I ever made… being a professional HGV driver and a tramper meant that I was tied for time to sit in for an exam… I chose NTP because they had an audio version of the tutorial and it didn’t let me down…
