On time. Ozzy was great. Transport Merc as expected. Played chill music which was what we needed after 22 hour journey home. PERFECT.

Ozzy was friendly and car very clean. He was 25 min early but called to check if that was okay, which it was since we were packed and ready.
The airports taxi transfer site is very good. They must have someone monitoring the what’s app question line. Anything I asked they answered immediately.

Our driver was Ozzy on a trip from Edinburgh down to Newcastle. He is courteous, timely and an excellent driver in a very comfortable luxury van. The trip was seriously delayed due to a major accident on the roadway but Ozzy managed to navigate the country roads for an alternative and with even more beautiful scenery.

Ozzy was great! He took us from Greenock to Edinburgh for the day. Everything ran smoothly, including the car seat I requested for my child. Highly recommend. Very professional and punctual.
