Why is there not a commercial rate for

Why is there not a commercial rate for
Local delivery? Why do you pay extra to use the express lane only to have tractor trailers slow traffic? Why are there so many toll plazas - I only make $150 a day and you take half of that. Between you and Trump’s gas prices I am going broke

Predatory practices

Predatory practices. If you go even three months regularly driving the toll tag your bills will total up to over $1000. They will not work with you when you try and get the price down, even if you have a toll tag that you didn’t realize stopped working, unless you got charged 50% more than what you normally would have.

Website is absolute trash

Website is absolute trash, absolute pile of dog poop. I have reset and reset this trash and it still won’t let me in! I shouldn’t have to create an account to pay my bill. I’m just trying to pay my effing bill and not have yall ruin my records. Fix this garbage website, I know y’all make enough money.

Financial Rape

NTTA will financially devastate you if you’re not extremely careful. Heaven forbid you accidentally enter a toll road and exit at the very next ramp — $1.48 in tolls somehow turns into an additional $35 in late fees. That’s more than a 2000% increase.

It’s staggering how aggressively they pile on fees that far exceed the original charge. How does a minor oversight justify penalties that dwarf the toll itself? Where is all that extra money going? Who is benefiting from a system that punishes people so disproportionately over such small amounts?

This isn’t customer service — it feels like a revenue trap designed to squeeze as much as possible out of everyone that touches their roads.

I was sent multiple erroneous requests…

I was sent multiple erroneous requests for payment. I drive a FORD and the picture they sent me was a TOYOTA. Additionally, the license plate was a temporary plate. Mine was a permanent one. I had to call several times and couldn't get anyone to listen. Not to mention the fact that I live in AZ not TX.

The website is non-functional

The website is trash. Logins using two different browsers didn't work. It didn't say wrong PIN or anything, it just came back to the same page asking for account ID and PIN again. ZipCash fast payment option didn't work. The slow method of creating an account wouldn't take my second choice of username once it declared that my first username was already taken. I had to reload the page and start the form over to enter my second choice username.

Then once I had an account linked to my Account ID, there was no record of the toll bill that they sent me in the mail! I can't pay the bill online! This website is absolute trash.
