Speechless
Speechless. I am following up on my previous comment just to let others know how ridiculous this is getting: after 3 weeks of no updates on my delivery nor on the potential arriving date, they found the guts to reply that due to some errors detected in my address, they aren't currently able to print a label.
I just suggest next time to tell this nice story to someone that doesn't work in your same environment and doesn't really understand how the logistics work.
Now I am afraid of what is expecting me since I requeated the cancellation of the order: there's no dedicated customer mail nor a link.
A shopping experience that was supposted to be great, because of the amazing value the company shares, just became a nightmare.

Terrible so far
So far, awful experience. I placed an order on 02 December and apparently it still has not been shipped. This is very frustrating, especially considering the £5.99 shipping costs. I will never place an other order with them again. Very disappointed.

So far, awful experience. I placed an order on December 1st and i haven't heard from them even though I have been emailing the company to know when my clothes will be shipped/delivered. I will update this review as soon as I have news, but so far I wouldn't recommend buying here. I paid $23 for shipping and after 14 days I still don't have any news about my order.

Still waiting for order after 1 month
UPDATE : As of 30th December I still did not receive my large order from Nu-in. I have now been waiting a full month. Christmas presents definitely did not arrive. All customer service tells me is that it is stuck at a warehouse; but no actual info on when it will arrive. Since I ordered this during the sale I can't even get a refund. I had to change my rating to 1 star. I'd give no stars if it was an option.
Previous Review: I ordered a pretty big haul on 30th November and 2 weeks later I still haven't received it. I don't even have an inkling if it has been processed, shipped or what. I am trying hard to move to more sustainable fashion brands but this is a bit off putting.

Not a sustainable experience at all
The whole shopping experience with nu-in may be put in a phrase "fool me once—shame on you, fool me twice — shame on me..." and so on.
I've ordered from this site twice and NEVER did I get my order in time. Whether it's a sale period or not, they take 2-3 times longer to dispatch their order as stated and they never let you know in advance. You have to contact them a few times on all social media and e-mail to let them know that hey, you're still waiting for the product you've already paid for. Then they answer you with the same "it is a busy period, we are young, etc." and while it's justified during sales, it's weird to get the same answer on ordinary non-sale week
Of course, they won't let you cancel the order even if you've been waiting for over 3 weeks and don't even want to hear about that brand anymore, because they're not able to control their warehouse. So when you get your order way later than promised, they still make you pay for delivery even though it arrived later because of the business problems and not the delivery service
Most of their clothes is not up to size. I had a few times I'd order S and 2 products would match the size and other 3 would feel like an L (and they were not oversized, those were tight knitted skirts or pants). My boyfriend ordered from them 4 times and he stopped because he had to return the products because of the weird sizing 3 last times. My 1st order from them consisted of 7 different pieces and I left only 2 for myself and had to send back the rest because of the sizing so go figure
The quality of the fabric is good, I should state that. But the quality of tailoring—not so much. Last piece I've bought on sale was sewn up together in a different way from the picture, the construction of the piece was totally off, so much, that it got distorted diagonally all over the dress: starting from the sleeve, going up alm the way through the front part and finishing in a huge bulge on the front of the skirt. Anyone who has ever taken at least the most basic sewing class would feel that the model was made in a rush. Which makes you question, why do their workers have to produce in a rush if the brand states that it "overproduced" their stuff already
And last but not least, it doesn't feel like the owners of the brand were in the whole sustainability movement for a long time (hence the only promo of sustainability they do is of their own brand and the rest is the "luxe" brands with extremely low-level sustainability politics and unethical practices). Adding to that all the customer service answers are like: hey, you cannot return because we are against overconsumption and don't want our clothes to finish in a landfill. Ummm, isn't this like a Sustainability 1.01 lesson? If people buy clothes cheaper with no-return policy they're more likely either to throw it or donate it. And do you know where donation boxes usually end up? That's right kids, in landfills! There are way more answers of theirs I have more questions to. But most of the time it's all just turned around and gaslighted somehow. It's like if H&M one day would start saying "we are ecological because we sell at low prices so that you wouldn't buy more stuff from other brands, who can't prove that they are ecological". Like what?
Anyway, after a few horrid experiences with this brand both for me, my boyfriend and my friends I'm saying goodbye to it. I can't state for sure that it's not sustainable but the sustainability vibe is surely not there. The way it's marketed, the way they work with warehouses or carry out their communication just gives you shady feeling. I've been into the sustainability movement for years and this is the first time ever I felt really weird while ordering smth. Looks more like a "greener economy" model to me
It took me 6 months of bad experience and persuading myself to give them "a better chance" so I want you to know that it's not a bitchy one-time review. Also I had the previous experience of the brand deleting posts with negative comments on their Instagram (that was justified by the fact that the posts were promoting the sale which ended). This experience may make me more critical of the positive reviews I encounter in here
Disappointing customer experience...
I really want to love Nu-In, but I've had some really frustrating experiences with them that has made me write this review.
First of all, several times now I've bought clothes from their website that have been in stock, only to be told 1-2 weeks after purchasing them that they are no longer in stock. If they're not in stock in the warehouse, they shouldn't be listed as in stock for people to buy online as it sets customers up for disappointment.
Most recently this happened with gifts I bought during their black friday sale as Christmas presents, and to make matters worse - I received a package with missing items that I have still paid for and have not been informed that they've been out of stock.
I have not received any communication about the shipping of my items on several occasions, nor given any tracking information. Each time I have had to contact customer support to get this information for each order.
I absolutely love the ethical and sustainable clothes nu-in offers but have been really put off by my experiences of missing items and being notified that items I've bought are out of stock weeks after buying them from their website!

Love the company Misson
I really like this brand and the company and what they strive to achieve. Service is great, website easy to navigate and I like the range of clothes. I'm still struggling a bit with sizes.... Especially in pants so had to do a few returns which I'd prefer to avoid. Challenge of online shopping!

I am really disappointed with this…
I am really disappointed with this order. I ordered my items over a week ago for an occasion coming up and on the website it was implied that it would take 2-5 days to arrive. The delivery was incredibly expensive (£6) so I am very disappointed at how slow it is. According to the tracking app my order has not yet been sent out which means the item will not arrive when I need it by. On top of this i have gone back onto the website to try and track my order only to find out I will be unable to return my items because they were in the sale. This was not on the site when I placed my order and had I known this I would never have ordered because I often struggle with sizing. I regret ordering and won’t in the future. I contacted customer services and have not yet received a response. I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund.

Their customer support is the best I have yet seen! I placed an order during their Green Fashion Week, and even though I can imagine it’s one of the busiest period their team was so prompt and helpful. I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes for some items and because during their green week they don’t encourage exchanges, Sandra, one of their customer support team members helped me out quickly! I am really impressed
I am currently waiting for my order and can’t wait to wear their brand! This is the kind of sustainable, affordable and considerate brands we should help grow🤍

Terrible return policy
Articles seemed nice, but the return policy is terrible, still can't manage to make my return and it seems I will pay a huge return fee (a fourth of my order!), really disappointed

There was no problem with the shipping and my order arrived pretty quickly. The items are a bit pricey (compared to standard companies such as H&M and Co.), but on the other hand the quality of the material is top (and sustainable!), so good and justified price-quality ratio. The clothing feels very natural on your skin and I love that nu-in offers a good range of sizes, so that every body type can wear its clothes.
Definitely recommend!

I'd honestly order again from Nu-in without hesitation. I got a really cute blazer from them which was exactly what I was looking for! I also picked up a few other items which I ended up returning because they didn't fit me in the way that I wanted them to (I'm really picky- nothing wrong with the clothes themselves). I had a few issues with the returns- I was given the wrong DHL return label for one of them so the courier wouldn't take it, but I emailed the Nu-in customer services and they sent me a new one which worked within 24 hours. My order came from two different warehouses so I sent back two different returns, but one of them wasn't refunded. After waiting the suggested time frame I emailed customer services about it and they (again) sorted it within hours. If I'm honest I totally forgot to put through the online returns form when I sent the stuff back so it was probably that that made the refund not go through! Would absolutely recommend the company- their clothes are beyond cute but their customer service is even better!
