It is the worst company I have ever…
It is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. They advertise their products online. They take the payments immediately (there is never a delay in doing that) when you order. Orders arrive extremely late, about 2 months late, other orders don't arrive at all because the company (after taking payment) decides to cancel the order and sends email confirmation saying that the ordere was cancelled by the customer (not true!). They take extremely long to refund the money! I am still waiting for mine.

In order to reduce delivery time, we decided to cancel certain products from your second order which were causing a delay at that time. We provided a voucher code for your next order as compensation. We apologize that our logistics partner was unable to deliver the parcel with your second order. In the meantime, we have enabled a full refund of the order amount. No foil-seal on many products and other weird things
I've had many products with no foil-seal on them. When I wrote about it on the contact service on the website, the answer was that they were probably just stuck on the plastic lid, it wasn't the case and no replacing of the product was offered.
Lately I've bought a smoothie powder to mix with water and within the box of the smoothie powder (dark coulour) was a condensed powder stone-like with a lighter colour when I tried to crush it. I don't know what it was.
Many products are pretty useless, like the pills of hyaluronic acid.
The prices are only good if you have a discount otherwise, it doesn't worth it at all.
