I just stepped up to nietbezorgd.nl, since after 1 month I not just didn't receive the items, I also cannot see the track and trace pagina anymore. It just disappeared. So, I don't expect the items anymore, and will try to get my money back through nietbezorgd.nl - Hope that will work for me. But for you: DON'T order at Nuage!

This was my first 1-star review:
Then (after 1,5 months) my products came afterall. From China, so not really as sustainable as they suggest to be! So, buy there if you want to live with the questions if your products arrive or not. And, reading the other reviews, in any case wait for a long long long time.

A big scam ! No pruduct no refund. Don’t order there.

Would give -10 stars if I could.
I ordered a €200 lamp that honestly looked like something from AliExpress. It arrived unassembled, with no instructions and missing the correct screws. I’m not a technician, and there was absolutely no guidance on how to put it together.

I emailed them right away to return it. Their website claims they have an “easy return policy” — that’s a complete lie. I would have to ship it back at my own cost to Albania, and they would only refund 30% of the total price.

Later, they promised a 50% refund without needing to return the item — which sounded like a nice gesture. But I never received a cent. Just another empty promise.

HIDEOUS experience. Would never order from them again.
