I never joined this scam company but they apparently have my phone number and text me every other day ! I have blocked them on every number they contact me on but they keep changing numbers!
Full scam ~ do not buy anything from them, do not engage with them and just block them.
It seems like scammers are everywhere these days. God help the elderly and or people with cognitive impairments 🙏🏻

Terrible company, they are difficult to reach and do not send updates about pending subscriptions as if the customer will remember that they have a subscription in and options to cancel them. They do not process refunds, hopefully I receive the items that I was just forced to pay $68 that I do not wish to have.

I ordered the metabolic patches which are totally worthless and also received about 6 packs of detox patches which I did NOT order..no way to reach these crooks to return...get them off the internet...horrible company!

How can this company still be operating on the internet!?! There are testimonials of people who are ripped off, can't get a cancelation, can't get a refund, are repeatedly charged and it goes on and on! I only wish I had come here before even looking at their website!

I love the original product removing toxin from my body however I received the Nubuu with the Lavender for better sleep. It hasn't worked for me so I will give the remainder packets to my sister.

This is a scam. They charged me for 5 boxes when I only ordered one. They refused to modify the order or refund my money. Run away as fast as you can

I ordered 1 pack of 10 almost a year ago, but never got around to using them. Recently I have had some medical issues and used them for 5 days. I just ordered 2 more sets of 10.
Im 76 and they do work for me as advertised.

An ad for this company’s green tea facemask poppped up and I thought I would try it. I ordered 1 and they tried to get me to try the other facial mask. I declined. When I hit confirm order, I literally saw the quantity jump to 3 and the other mask went to 3. PayPal confirmed they charged me 6 times my original order. Thankfully PayPal refunded me and reported them to the Scam police.

I ordered two packages of these detox patches Wich had ten patches in each bag. When I received my order naturally I couldn't wait to try them out an open the first bag just discover there was only six patches in this bag. The other bag had the right amount of ten. I sent the support team a email letting them know that one bag was short. I eventually heard back with a response how sorry they were an unfortunately couldn't help me. I knew they weren't going to send me four patches I just wanted them to know some of there bag's were short patches. She then suggested that I try out some of their other products. I replied
back , unfortunately I will never be purchasing products from your company again out of fear of not receiving my whole order, NO THANKS.

As you will see from most of the other reviews, this is a disreputable company. I was sent the wrong items in my order, for which I had paid. They sent an email saying if I returned the items they would give a full refund. We returned the items, with tracking. When we could see from the tracking they had received the items, we reminded them of their promise of a refund (about $130). We received no refund and they never responded to any follow up emails. Buyer beware.

I had the same experience as those that have written before me. I wish I had look at these reviews before I hit the submit button! This is a total SCAM! I ordered 1 pack each of the detox and lavendar foot pads. There is no confirmation order page to confirm and received an e-mail stating I ordered 4 packages of each! I tried reaching Nuubu customer service by putting a return ticket in. Automated garbage statement came back saying they were extremely busy right now, don't send multiple e-mails and we'll get back to you. A week later - nothing. They are in Lithuania and it would probably cost as much to send them back as they already put on credit card. I put a fraudulent hold on my card and canceled the card so they cannot bill me again for more product. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in Michigan too. Fool me once, my bad. Try to charge my twice, their bad. Card is blocked and canceled because of the horrible experience with Nuubu. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a pack of detox feet patches they charged me for more so I instantly emailed them at 6:30am on a Sunday morning explaining that i didn’t want them I also said I read there reviews on here and it wasn’t good so refund my £101 pound back they got back in touch with me and today is Thursday morning and PayPal just confirmed I’ve had a full refund from them so I found them quite nice really or maybe I’m just lucky but I won’t bother again coz sometimes you’re luck can run out😉

This is a SCAM.. DO NOT ORDER! I ordered one box, was charged for 4. The payment went through without permission. I contacted the company immediately, I emailed and phoned. I was assured that an email was sent to cancel the order. I received an email the next day to say that the order had already been processed. This is an illegal set up and should be investigated. DO NOT ORDER any products from this company.

I was intrigued by this product and placed an order for the detox patches. BUT to complete the order, one must scroll down and click 'no' on all their other products. At the end I realized I had missed clicking 'no' on their Lavender patches... there was no way to self-correct, so I figured I'd call on Monday, assuming
they were closed Sunday. I got an email Sunday that it had already shipped. At this point I got the authorization # to return BUT, it had to go to Lithuania!!!! REDICULOUS! It probably would have cost more than the cost of product to return. Also, there was NO herbal or lavender odor as stated.

I placed an order for 1 single package to test it for myself on 12/14/23. But by time my order was placed I had been charged for 4 packets. Big difference between $20 and $60. I noticed their accept and decline buttons are deceptively sized. The accept is very large, the decline is very small and extremely close to the accept. I didn't get to view my charges before accepting them. I called to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was told everything was good. But it wasn't. I received the package, returned it the very same day, now they want me to pay to return it even though they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Obviously I wasn't happy with being overcharged. I think their practices are extremely deceitful. Now I wouldn't accept anything from them, even if it was free.

If I could give these scumbags a minus 5, I would. I ordered the product twice. Tried it. Not sure what it does. Then they started shipping ‘automatically’ and charging my card. I’ve emailed them several times to STOP and they just ignore the request. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? These people should lose their license to conduct business anywhere!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO, YOU BETTER CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD RIGHT AFTER.

I ordered 3 packs, and they offered a fourth for no further shipping cost, which was probably not going to be any different anyway. Then I got an email telling me I had ordered 3 packs plus 4 more packs! I immediately sent a threatening message if they don't fix it, but it's already too late for any kind of good review because there is no reward for fixing a scam in order to avoid an FTC or FCC investigation!

I ordered one item for $17.00, ended up being charged $143 with no answer to request for refund. Thieves!

I ordered the first product and then got an email about the Lavendar footpads. I went to the page to look at the product and realized I was automatically charged wth an order of the Lavendar footpads. I immediately called Nuubu customer service to cancel the order. They said they would send a message to the order department to cancel the order. Again this is within 5min of the erroneous order. I got an email the next day saying it was too late to cancel the order. I can return the order for refund less the shipping costs (return). I plan to ship back my original order also. I will not do business with a company like this. My CC company has also been notified.
