Really sorry to hear that Nuddy are closing down.
Finally found a shampoo bar that was good for my hair. Always recommended trying the bars to friends and family even including a bar as part of Christmas and Birthday gifts.
Lathered really well and left hair feeling clean and soft.
Will be missed

I have bought from nuddy for a number of years as their shampoo bars are some of the best I’ve found. However I bought 3 bars at the end of November and still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed, used the web chat and even phoned! Still no sign of my shampoo. Sincerely unimpressed…

Sinice I replaced shower gel with Nuddy soap my skin has felt softer and less dry and flaky. I loved the smell of the Lavender soap which is no longer available but the pink grapefruit smells almost as nice.

A friend gifted me one of their products which I loved so decided to order some..

Fast forward to now when I put in on the 15th of November, however, I never received it despite confirmation of dispatch. I was not given any tracking details so I assumed its coming via Royal Mail. I've attempted to contact them on web chat and email to find out some details or how I can chase it but they just don't respond - they don't appear to advertise a phone number that I can easily see to contact them that way either. £23 down the drain which I intend to pursue via the small claims court as I will not let this drop.

Avoid this company like the plague!

Lovely soap great smell feel of quality when using

Excellent shampoo bars, I've been using them for years.
They smell lovely, last for ages and I don't need any conditioner despite having menopausal curly hair 😉

Got my favorite soaps on sale. They smell divine and last a lot longer than other soaps.

Lovely soaps which last a fair while. Packaged well. Delivery time scale very good. Soap sizes were 50% smaller though from my previous order.

I have not received my purchase, or any response to my email that I sent earlier today stating that I haven’t received it.

Update 1.11.2023:

it's now been 2 weeks since i was notified by email that my order was shipped - and i still haven't received it.

I have notified Nuddy of this 4 times (this is the fifth), including yesterday emailing them asking them to chase up my order or give me a refund.

I have not had a single response so far to any of the times i have notified them that i have not received my order.

In the email asking for review of my order it states "Thank you SO much for your order - we appreciate your love & support." I would like to say here that if that is actually the case, Nuddy may wish to consider improving their customer service because in my experience it's actually abysmal, and does not convey at all that 'the love and support is appreciated' when they take payment and then ignore repeated notifications that delivery has not taken place and that tracking information confirms this, and do nothing when delivery does not happen within the expected length of time.

That's why i am now downgrading my review to one star instead of two.

This isn't the first time i have ordered products from Nuddy - and i have kept coming back because i really like their products and they are good quality, albeit a little expensive.

Until now i have never had to deal with their customer services, because my orders turned up within a few days of shipping. After this experience, i now feel strongly that i won't be returning, because good service isn't just about the quality of products - it's also about the quality of customer services, and unfortunately Nuddy has shown clearly that they do not value their customers enough to provide any acknowledgement or support at all when delivery does not happen as it's meant to.

It's pretty annoying to pay over £20 for goods and delivery and then get no response at all when delivery does not happen. Not a good look, Nuddy.

Having looked through other reviews, i see that i am not the only customer to have this experience. It's a short-sighted approach because no business can operate without its customers, and good customer service is actually a lot more important than Nuddy is currently appearing to realise.

Great products and quick turnaround with an easy to navigate website

Ordered this in advance of a holiday, but took ages to come, to the point I couldn't take it with me. Price has increased and it's honestly not worth it. If you're going to charge at a premium cost for the product and postage, it should get to you within a week without being chased. Very poor service. Average product.

I have been using Nuddy bars for about a year. I love them I have very fine hair that becomes weighed down with heavy chemical based shampoos. Noticed the new Nuddy packaging and scent on recent order and the wording for body and hair, hoping nothing new has been added and I still have the great product it always was.

Lovely natural soaps. Great communication and swift resolve to an issue I had. Would deffo order again.

The lovely smell also the feel and price.🤗

Love the soap - leaves your skin squeaky clean with no dryness. Smells gorgeous too and lasts ages
