Farrah Limited Edition Lipstick 😑

I made an online purchase from a company Nude Envie. It was an online purchase of a lipstick called Farrah Limited Edition.
The color was shown as a light pink sheer gloss lipstick. It cost $40 base with shipping and taxes it costs $49. When I received the package the lipstick looked nothing like the photo. I tried it on and was disappointed. It immediately started peeling. Upon notification I was told that they would not let me return it because I tried it. The best they could offer was 10% off my next purchase. This was a costly item that I lost money on.
