DO NOT order from this company. DO NOT! I wish I coul dgive 0 stars. They are horrible. I ordered from them twice (my mistake) first time my product and all the samples they sent were uncovered, lids and product smashed and melted everywhere. When I wrote them they basically said "too bad". But the product I bought was such a great colour match. I gave them one more chance. Product arrived with no lid, and the dispenser damaged. Unuseable. I emailed and they tried to tell me "that's just what happens with shipping" I said I would not accept that excuse again.

Then they offered a refund or credit but asked me to take a picture of a "serial number" on the product THAT DOES NOT EXIST?????!! And photos of the product which I had ALREADY SENT FIVE OF.

I emailed back and have been ignored ever since. Its been weeks. And I have no product and no refund. These people are RIP OFF artists.

Horrific customer service. They’re nonexistent and nonresponsive.

I’ve emailed, there is no number to call.

After reading the reviews, I’d rather just keep the products than risk trying to return and not receiving a refund.

I placed an order, tried to cancel, but never heard anything from them, so the order shipped. The same day it arrived, I returned it to the address listed in their Returns section and emailed them my order number and tracking number, as listed in their Returns section. I have emailed, no joke, 30 times, and I have not heard back once. The box wasn't even opened, and the product was not used. I followed every detail of their return processing, yet it was delivered to their facility on 2/9/26, and it is now 3/19/26, and I have never received my refund or even an email back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I’ve never experienced such disregard for customer service! I loved the product I ordered from Sephora, but Nudestix has been beyond unprofessional when I ordered and spent over $100 online! I never received my products!

In reading the reviews, it seems like it happened in the past when USPS tracking said “could not be delivered nor returned to sender”. It’s been nearly four weeks since I ordered. I’ve messaged the email they provided per their instructions three times already yet I still have to receive a response back. I tried sending a message on the official IG account, also with no response.

I shop mainly online and this is the first time I’ve been completely ignored. How are they able to do online business is a surprise! I am disgusted by this company!

Now I’m more worried after reading the reviews. My godfather has a house in Orlando and I bought on the Sunday prior to his arrival two blushes from nudestix, It took them 9 bussiness days to deliver. But when I checked my tracking app It informed me that my order was being sent back to sender due to incomplete address, which until now I dont understand as on the same week I bought at sephora using the exact same address and It arrived. Since last Thursday I’ve been trying to contact them because I still want my order but my godfather can no longer receive it so I am trying to change the delivery address and nothing, no response. I thought once they received my order back they would naturally reach out but they haven’t

They did not refund me for a package with tracking since July, we re in October. I wrote to them more than five time and no awnser.

Absolutely awful company. I have been a customer since the company’s beginning, and have spent so much money on their products between their website and Sephora. I purchased 3 lip products during a sale last month, and when they arrived, two were damaged. The inside stick of colour had come out of the pencil. I emailed customer service with pics and explained the problem. Customer service asked me for pics of some weird code inside of the lid that was very tiny. The pics show that the product was jammed in the lids from the product popping out. I sent detailed pics of everything I could without digging out the broken product. The costumer service essentially ghosted me after that. I reached out 3 more times within the next few weeks since it says within 48 hours they will respond. I am really upset by this. I spent money on products that arrived broken and now I am out that money, and have products I can’t use. After a decade, I am done with this company. What an awful way to treat a customer.

Had to go to the Emergency room! Used the tinted mineral sunscreen and had such a severe allergic (My only cosmetic allergy is acrylic for nails) I had to go to the ER and be placed on a cycle of high does steroids. Reached out to customer service from the hospital and several times after with no response. I am not allergic to any of the listed ingredients! to those who didn’t receive your product be grateful you didn’t have to spend the night in the ER!

Zero stars for Zero customer service. And I mean literally.
I'm a huge makeup and skincare person. I spend a decent chunk of change monthly.
My favorite influencer did a video trying out their tinted sunscreen. It looked fabulous.
So I placed an order on their website. It's been two weeks. Payment cleared my bank but I received no order confirmation email and the order doesn't show up under order history in my account.
I've left 4 emails, all of which were responded to by an automated email saying they would follow up with me within 24 hours. They never followed up.
They have no customer service number and no chat option.
I finally called their corporate office and pushed a random extention and left a random marketing person a message saying, hey, if you care about your company, you should forward this info regarding my experience and take note of your numerous one star reviews from other customers.
I won't ever even purchase their products in store now. I don't care how good they are. There are plenty of other good products with companies who care about their customers.
I'm going to have to have my bank reverse the transaction.

Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Haven’t received my order I placed a few weeks ago. You can’t call anyone as no phone number is provided. Asked for a tracking number and no one has responded. Buyer beware. This company has ZERO customer service. Good luck trying to get information on your order or any refund. I will never purchase from this company again.

The Customer Service dept is terrible, my order took almost 3 weeks to come from US or Canada arrived damaged as it hadn't been packed correctly.
Still waiting for a replacement which they said would be expedited - that never happened no gesture of goodwill, last time ordering from them online and its such a shame as the actual products are brilliant. No Customer Service phone number either what about people that dont have the ability to email?

Horrible horrible customer service. I didnt but the protection plan, my package was lost by canada post and Nudestix did nothing! I have never ever delt with such atrocious rules, will never buy again

I ordered over £100 worth of products over 3 weeks ago. I haven't yet received my order. I have emailed lots of times and they reply after 2 or 3 days with no urgency. Not one person has apologised or shown any form of customer service. They said that my order has been delivered and again no apology, or offer to look into it for me. I asked for a tracking number, or if they could look into it as I haven't received it. They replied saying that It was myself selected an American address? I have sent them a screenshot of my confirmation with my English address on and that I did not input my address wrong at all. It's been 5 days and I still haven't had a reply or an apology. I'm worried that I will not get my money back now. This company has made an error, sent my parcel to a different country, not apologised and not refunded me my money. Do not use Nudestix. I've attached my screenshots to show my Address was put correctly as the UK and their reply with an American address.

One of the worst customer service. It looks like they are just copy pasting scripts and are not into asking customer questions to really find out what the issue is. One of my issues about my Nudestix account still hasn't been resolved after a year and they asked me if I want it escalated to their tech support. No initiave from their reps and always sounds like they're blaming me for issues I've raised. I like the blushes as they are handy but I'm not into dealing with their team so will buy from another company that cares about their customers. They are not responsive too on their social media accounts.

I ordered hand sanitizer beginning of May. I didn't receive a tracking number, nothing. I commented on Instagram and eventually they sent me a message to ask about my order. They NEVER responded after that. I will never support this company again.

Purchased three sticks and one arrived melted. Emailed customer service 3 times and I have yet to receive a reply. If you want to buy Nudestix get it at a different store with better customer service.
