Interesring but expensive.

I love the way we are able to show support from donors and businesses. It also gives these and others a way to feel appreciated. Animal welfare is important and so is supporting the efforts. Huge BARK about to nudgify!

Great little popups for your website that make it look alive and active. Had a glitch or two, but tech support fixed it in a snap. They respond quickly and the service is great. I recommend their services.

We've been using the tool for several months now and are very satisfied. If any problems arise, the support team is quick to respond and help. We even needed two minor adjustments to make it usable for us, and these were implemented within a few days.

Horrible experience, there are way too many glitches and simply not worth the headache. I paid to boost my impressions twice, they charged me but didn’t boost the impressions, I contacted their customer support which they claim they respond within hours but in my case its been two days and I haven’t got a response yet. I was losing sales so I had no option but to upgrade it to higher tier to increase my impressions. In total I end up spending £80+ for a service that was suppose to be £9 a month. If you are just starting out please stay away and choose wisely

I use dozens of apps with my store and there is none that I trust less than Nudgify.

It started off fine for the first year so I signed up for a lifetime plan. Ever since it has been a conga-line of incompetence, evasive responses and mistakes.

Every 6 weeks there's another reason that the feed is not working, not presenting or not updating which we only discover long after the event. There are no notifications to let you know the feed isn't working.

Once you pay for a lifetime license, you obviously go to the bottom of the pile. It's been a week since my last communication to them, again no response.

Issues: Stock responses to detailed problems, delays in responding which required multiple follow ups, inaccurate solutions that show that no time has been taken to understand the problem, that support staff are just checking boxes to get through all their tickets.

I'm way too busy to be chasing around little apps like this, let alone my important software suppliers.

I never write reviews. But I was very hopeful for this app. I have been looking for something like this, but it is not working as advertised.

The notification doesn't react as the settings...
They wouldn't refund mymoney.
