"I am extremely disappointed by the pricing integrity of this service. I spent time comparing options and selected their 'best price' of Rs.529/ + GST. However, at the final payment screen—after all my info was entered—the total changed to Rs.629/- + GST without any added services or clear explanation.
This is a classic case of drip pricing. If the 'best price' shown in search results isn't actually available for purchase, it shouldn't be advertised. It’s a waste of time and feels like a scam."

Good bus service but
I don't stay on the throne for long

I had booked a bus from Bangalore to Chennai. The operator informed me just 30 minutes before boarding that the bus was cancelled due to an operational issue.

While I understand that such situations can arise, no alternative bus was arranged for the passengers. I was traveling under an emergency and did not expect this level of service. I also contacted customer care, but there was no proper support or response provided.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Nuego, due to poor customer support and a lack of timely assistance for travelers.

Worst bus ever, don't book or travel in that bus... Not clean, conductor very rude , no refund, seats are damaged, inside the bus only it's leaking during rains,

I’m writing to raise a serious complaint against NueGo for their unprofessional and irresponsible service on 7th October 2025, for my Bangalore to Salem trip scheduled at 11:05 PM from Silk Board, Bangalore.

After booking, I received a confirmation message with all details. Later, around 9 PM, I got another message stating that the bus was delayed by one hour and I should reach the boarding point at 12:15 AM.

To be sure, I called the bus contact number (9663072027) multiple times, but the calls were either unanswered or disconnected. Finally, the bus person called and said the bus had already reached the boarding point and would leave in 2 minutes. When I explained that I received a delay message asking me to come at 12:15 AM, he simply said, “That’s the office’s mistake,” and left without any concern. His tone was rude and completely unprofessional, showing no accountability for leaving a passenger stranded at midnight.

When I contacted the NueGo support team, they admitted it was their mistake but said they couldn’t do anything other than “raise a case”. No proper assistance, no apology, and no alternate solution were provided.

This kind of careless attitude, poor coordination, and zero responsibility from both the on-ground staff and support team is unacceptable — especially when passengers are left alone at midnight without any communication or help.

The call logs showing repeated attempts to contact the bus staff

NueGo, this is not just an inconvenience — this is negligence and complete disregard for passenger safety.

I urge NueGo management to take this matter seriously, take strict action against the staff involved, and ensure this doesn’t happen to any other passenger in the future.

To fellow passengers — please be cautious before booking with NueGo. Their service, coordination, and customer support are extremely unreliable.

This was the worst experience travelling to Mysore in my life. Bus started at 1:45 pm from Nagasandra and reached Mysore at 7:45 pm. Took 6 hrs instead of maximum 3 hours. In between buses were swapped, AC switched off due to low battery, dropped at Mysore city outskirts instead of actual drop points. People were put in furnace along with children. No prior information to customers on any of the above so that they can save their time. Horrible coordination / response by the ground staff as well.
