Unauthorised charge for second bottle

Ordered one of the Nuflos product and found a month later that I was charged for a second bottle which I didn't want and still haven't received. Contacted them via their website and also direct email 3 times and never heard back. This reeks scamming and zero customer service. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Received a response a month later saying I had checked the auto fill option which I NEVER would've done and don't even think I submitted the payment as I went out of the order without clicking submit yet the order seemed to have gone through anyway. This also seemed dodgy. Want a refund for the second bottle which remains in an unopened packet but no detail given to send this back.

Love this product

Fraudulent Company

There was nothing on their site that said this was a subscription! I emailed them even before my first order was filled, because of all the negative reviews, but they only reply with AI and say “too bad, it’s already in transit.” Then I get a second order, with no warning, and find out it is a subscription. I have written three times in April and in May and only once received an answer from AI saying they need to send my question up the chain of command. No other communication! Do NOT order from this company! Plus, the stuff tastes like it is purely glycerin….

Probably a scam and not a good product

I bought some to try, then found out it was a subscription not a one off purchase. They told me it was detailed in the purchase I made, but I didn’t see it. Can’t get my money back. Sounds like a scam to me now. Lesson learned

The product made me feel sick too. Absolutely not a good product at all

Seems to be working

The taste isn’t so great but you get used to it…kinda lol. However, I work an office job and normally my feet can be a little puffy when I get home before I go to the gym to workout and then the swelling will go down. It’s not bad swelling, just some puffiness. I’ve been taking these drops for 3 days now- once in the morning and once at night and no puffiness tonight when I got home. I’ll keep taking them to make sure it’s not a fluke but I’m impressed so far!

Do not buy from this company.

I only ordered one product and I was not aware that it was an automatic subscription, because that feature is either not visible or not clearly disclosed when placing the order.

When I was informed that a second product would be shipped, I filed a complaint and contacted Nuflos. They replied that since the order had already been processed, I had to pay for it, but they clearly stated that THERE WOULD BE NO FURTHER CHARGES AND THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION HAD BEEN CANCELED.

Despite that, I was charged for a third and fourth order.

There is no human customer service available, and they always send the same apology message without actually resolving anything. Additionally, I have not experienced any noticeable results from using the product, and it is not FDA approved.

This is a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy!!

I ordered the product to try and it did not say anything about a subscription. Then one month later I received notification that I had another order coming. I emailed right away cancelling this order and they did not respond. Now it is ready to ship. Still no response. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered

I ordered and as of today the 17th still have not gotten my order. I reached out last night to the company and they got back right away. My tracking has not been updated sice the 8th so where it is is anyones guess. Now I read that its a scam site and a lot of people are agreeing. Now what? Hereing all kinds of horor stories now. Should have checked before I ordered. I will try the stuff when it gets here but if it doesn't work I will by contacting econsumers.Not sure how sites like this get on Facebook without being verified accounts.

My delivery did not ,and still has not…

My delivery did not ,and still has not arrived, despite showing delivered on tracking, from a group called Whats Ship. Numerous emails to Nuflos elicited only an AI generated email, have you looked everywhere. Well obviously!! I requested a refund, and received the same email. My advice? Do not purchase from this site they are a SCAM!!!

Something finally that works!

I used Pills Lymphatic Drainage for almost 2 months last year, and it was an absolute disappointment. I was about to stop buying into this entire category when my best friend recommended Nuflos and I tried it out. Within 10 days my ankles stopped swelling at the end of every shift. Wishing I had discovered this product sooner and saving my money on the other one.

Do not even attempt to buy from this…

Do not even attempt to buy from this company - I have ended up signing up to a subscription I didn't want - I have purchased something I didn't authorise payment for and the communication with the company is via a chatbot - my only recourse now seems to be with my bank but I have to wait 30 days to dispute a transaction and no doubt by then the company will be trying to take another payment from my account.
