Excellent Experience From the First Call to Delivery

From my first phone call to receiving my TRT, the entire experience was excellent.

I initially called the office with several questions, and the woman who answered was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help rather than rush me through the call. After answering my initial questions, she recommended that I speak with a coordinator who could provide more detailed information.

The coordinator was equally impressive. He listened carefully, answered my questions, and quickly got everything started for the program. After providing some basic information, I was scheduled for my appointment with the doctor.

What impressed me most was how prepared the doctor was for our consultation. He clearly had reviewed my information beforehand, and our conversation felt professional and thorough rather than scripted or rushed. We spent time discussing my questions as well as the information he needed before moving forward.

Less than 30 minutes after the appointment, I received a text regarding my prescription.

Because I travel for work, timing was important to me. I paid a small additional fee for expedited shipping, and less than two days later, I had my TRT in hand.

From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The process was efficient without ever feeling impersonal, which is something I really appreciated.

My experience with nuform was amazing from the start. Every time I had a question I could send Issac or Alec a text message they would respond within hours. The physician was knowledgeable and put me on the best plan for myself based on my blood work and symptoms . My medication arrived at my door with in a week. I almost didn't do it. I'd read so much about these compounds not being FDA approved and unregulated, and for someone who hesitates to take an ibuprofen when I get a headache, it was a pretty big leap for me to decide to use tirzepatide in any form. But I had been in pain from inflamation for many years and as a 52 year old woman, I had gained 30 pounds in 2 years despite years of eating a 90% clean diet and hiking 3 miles daily. All the things I'd always done to lose weight and be healthy were no longer working. After talking to the doctor at Nuform, I learned that the compounded drugs themselves aren't FDA approved, but the ingredients are and the compounding pharmacies they use are regulated by the FDA. These pharmacies cannot use ingredients that aren't FDA approved. This gave me the peace of mind I needed and I decided to move forward. I started 2 months ago. Almost instantly, my joint pain from inflamation was gone. I wasn't getting stiff after sitting for half an hour. My hikes were pain free. I was no longer feeling sugar crashy after not eating for 2-3 hours. I've lost 15 pounds in 2 months and feel so much better. I can text my doctor at Nuform and hear back very quickly. The experience has been a breeze. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The process of getting my tesamorelin was incredibly easy, and Romario took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions.

One thing I really appreciated was that I’m personally not interested in GLP-1 medications, and unlike other providers I’ve spoken with, Romario never tried to push them on me. He listened to what I wanted and focused on the treatment that was right for me.

He also did exactly what he said he would—he followed up about a month after I started to see how I was doing. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns while taking the peptide.
