I have loved NUFU TV I am able to watch all the MLB and NFL games all season. Now watching NCAAB tournaments until today nothing. It says gateway eero on cell phone and won't even login on the TV.

App won't load. Login won't work. This app has been awesome until today

Can’t login to watch the games keep say bad gateway already paid my subscription to watch can’t get I touch with customer service

Now it won't turn on at all! Not renewing subscription!

Just renewed my subscription and now I can't watch anything so yeah that kind of sucks just spent $125 for nothing

I've love it..... up until today.... can't login on phone or TV..... website is down as well. Says "bad gateway" when I go to website..... can't get an answer on phone with customer service or a response from anywhere.....

It freezes way to often. I am watching the Chargers playoff game and it has froze on me 6 times of 15 seconds or longer in the first two minutes of watching it. Please work on the service not freezing.

You can not watch big games due to the freezing, and buffering constantly.

Would not subscribe again. My TV is on a wired connection (not wireless). Stream is constantly freezing on wired and wireless. I expect more from a 'paid for' service!

My husband and I have a NUFU subscription and had no issues and like it however we then told my brother about it during a recent visit so he signed up. My brother has some cognitive disabilities so I tried to set it up for him while I was there but was unable to get it working before I had to leave. I live 1200 miles away. I immediately contacted NUFU to request a refund for my brother's annual subscription of $124.99 and was told they would send it to billing and I would hear back in 48-72 hrs. I've heard nothing in almost a month in spite of my repeated emails and attempts to get an update and a refund for my brother. I think it is absolutely terrible that they take advantage of someone with cognitive disabilities and ignore and/or refuse to issue a refund when my brother has noone to assist him with setting NUFU up for him. It was not straightforward and I tried for several hours to get NUFU to work on my brother's TV as well as his iPad before I needed to leave.

It keeps getting the circle of doom on it. And its been doing that since I renewed my subscription, It won't stream continually. I don't want to renew it when it comes due. Please cancel it.

Was trying to watch hockey - game kept pausing and then resuming to real time, so I missed the play that was being made when that happened. it got so bad, I finally gave up and checked the score online a little later.

Can't watch what I wanted. Pic quality sucks.

First off did the 2 day trail it was great then went to pay for subscription and as I was waiting for a payment confirmation the site kicks me out and I have to go back in and do everything over think it just glitched. Wrong ... it charged me $79 dollars for the first try then when it actually gave me a confirmation number it charged me $67 dollars now I'm noticing a charge on my account for a fee for $.68 been trying to get in touch with them for a week now send 3 requests for them to contact me through email with no response all I want is them to stop charging me fees and my money refunded for the 79 dollars.....

I love it except for being kicked out of the application too frequently. Four times in one game is annoying.

Zero customer service. I gave been able to get ahold of anyone.

Awesome 2 day trial- I am an avid Tennis player and got to Watch The Tennis Channel-Great !!! I love the NY Yankees and The games were crytal clear ! Watched Sunday NFL - Had every game to choose from- I give it 5 stars and now I'm going to get one of the plans - so worth it

I tried to pay, entered my credit card and it came back declined, "NSF, try using a debit card". NO WAY, that seemed suspicious. I have plenty of available balance on my CC. BEWARE!
