Nugen Exteriors renewed my gutters, fascias and soffits around 4 yrars ago and done an excellent job, with customer service second to none.

So a couple of weeks ago when i was faced with a roof tile that had slipped the night before going on holiday, the first person i thought of was Terry. I contacted him at 18:06 , explained the situation, and that I was worried to leave it as it was in case it fell and caused damage.

Terry kindly agreed to.attend that night, he was at my door by 18;40 and fully assessed the situation
Knowing how concerned I was, he arranged for his team to repair the slipped tiles the following day.

Again, excellent customer service, even outwith normal working hours, I can't thank Terry and his Team enough for attending at very short notice and completing the job within 24 hours. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

NuGen roughcast our home. It was a truly fantastic experience all around, from the initial visit and quote through to the team that spent two weeks working on the house.

First win was a direct, no-nonsense quote after a site visit, which was in-depth and left me feeling really confident. There were also no hard sales techniques which I encountered from competitors.

The company worked with us to achieve the outcomes we wanted, which weren't standard (colours, textures etc). Where other companies brushed off our requests, NuGen made it happen, which is fantastic.

They also identified some challenges to our project, caused by the structure of the building and to the order we were having to take on the major piece of work, and went out of their way to ensure that the job was done in a manner that would complement and enable the next phase of the building to be completed with a minimum of rework.

And, very importantly, the result is brilliant.

Needed our roof replaced after a few leaks. Contacted Terry who carried out a survey and we employed him to carry out the work. Excellent job, no mess left and I would recommend them

Company did a great job. Repair to the damaged roof looks very much better than the original roof. Workmen came on time when they said they would be here. Cleaned up after the job was done and removed all the damaged material. I would recommend the company for any repair or build work needed.

Obviously quite a lot of money for a new roof, but I feel I picked the right company to do it.
From the original chat I felt NuGen was the company I was going to use.
Throughout the hole job they were friendly and profesional. I would definitely be happy to recommend them based on my experience.

I had 3 quotes for the work to be done. NuGen Exteriors came with a recommendation and they were the only company who made it clear about what had to be done and followed it up with a detailed written quote. I thought that the price was fair and decided to go ahead. Communication was great and I was kept up to date as things progressed. The team worked non stop with short breaks for lunch and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. It looks amazing and I am impressed by the professionalism and quality of work undertaken. They even cleaned my windows as part of the site clean-up! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is considering having this type of work done.

We got our whole house re-roughcast, the guys were very professional, hardworking, friendly and did a great job.

I contacted NUGEN in a slight panic - water was seeping out of our bedroom ceiling - Terry was on my doorstep first thing, actively looking to solve the problem. He and his team prioritised us as urgent and carried out the repairs before midday. Not only were they friendly and warm, but they also exuded honesty and integrity. I will certainly be using NUGEN in the future and recommending them to whoever enquires about getting their roofing woes dealt with. It’s an anomaly to get this level of efficiency nowadays. We can’t thank them enough.

Needing a company to rectify a leak I was recommended NewGen Exteriors. After contacting them I was given an appointment time for the same day and Terry (one of the partners) arrived at the time stated. He checked the roof and explained to me what was required and what he recommended should be done. He gave me a quote for the work to be carried out, when it would be carried, and how long it would take start to finish.
He made me feel at ease with his pleasant manner and experience and I did not feel pressurised in any way. A price was agreed for the work required to be carried out and a start date arranged.
His work partner Lenny arrived with his squad on time and explained to me what work would be carried out that day. I was kept informed by Lenny on a daily basis of what was to be done and also visited by Terry a couple of times to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The work squad were at all times very pleasant and worked without a break, other than for lunch, and cleaned up every night before leaving the site.
I could not find ANY fault with this company, there workforce or the work that was carried out by them and can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. So I would totally recommend this company to anyone requiring roofing work done.

Several weeks ago we found a few leaks in our roof which had been replaced about 14 years ago. We contacted NuGen and enquired about replacing the whole roof. After checking our roof, it was agreed that it should be totally replaced and completely updated with better materials. This job was carried out very competently and with the minimum of disruption. They have a very efficient team of tradesmen who carried out the work well and cleaned everything up after each day. The price was suitable for us and all our neighbours were highly impressed.
I would recommend NuGen to anyone who requires work done on their roof.

Fantastic team and Lenny and Terry and all the guys who worked on my house were fantastic, polite and very hard working and nothing was too much trouble, roof and rough casting and fascia’s and guttering all done with little to no fuss, everything tidied up after the job done and it was like they were never here but my house looks spectacular and the neighbours have all said how great it looks. Fantastic team - weather didn’t stop them they just cracked on. And the end result is absolutely fabulous. Thank you Terry and Lenny and all the staff at NuGen you did a fantastic job - would highly recommend if you are looking to have work done

Great job by Terry, Lenny and the team! From initial consultation it was clear these guys are experts, communication was great, clear pricing and top quality work. Roof renovation with new velux windows, fascias and gutters in a little over a week on a house elevated from street level. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

From survey visit to final cleaning everything was very professional. We were having an issue with our extension roof and thought it was a fault at time of building which was also suspected at survey. (Later confirmed during replacement work and fixed) Having been given price for this we asked for price for doing main roof including porch at front. Our house is nearly 60 years old and it was probably a good time to get it done as well. Quotation received, accepted and we were given a start date. Scaffolding erected, skip in place and main team arrived. Being January and bad weather forecast they all focused on getting the job moving. Team arrived on site promptly and got on with it breaking only for lunch. Thankfully weather was not as bad a predicted so there was little daily delay. The whole experience was pretty much straight forward for us. All the guys were great and respectful of our home and the clean up was amazing. We would definitely recommend NuGen Exteriors. No deposit or interim payments required. Payment in full on satisfactory completion. Extremely professional company.
