My husband took this for 3 weeks
My husband took this for 3 weeks. He was a violent person when he was a teenager he is now 59 years old and went out of control at an establishment that we have been going to for over 20 years. Is all I'm going to say is he snapped. Came home I caught him staring at this bottle of pills that he didn't tell me he was taking and it was this stupid nugenix. He is been feeling so guilty since it happened he said he feels like he was not him. He stopped taking them now over 2 months ago and he has been completely fine. It really pisses me off every time I see these commercials cuz it's not fair people need to know. And I'm going to go beyond this on social media etc. Not to mention there is a guy at work he talked to that tried it when it first came out and it almost ruined their marriage. This is beyond not okay
First of all got my 40 dollar order…
First of all got my 40 dollar order wrong. I didn't get the month of T2, nor the free month of T2, with a free month of neurozone. What I got was a 14day sample of T2, some multivitamin, that has their name on it, but they say they don't make it. And was charged 80bucks. They wont take any of it back, so ill just dispute the charge. Worst company I've ever dealt with and absolute junk products!!!!!
“Nugenix’s Refund Policy Violates California Consumer Protection Law — Buyer Beware”
Here’s a solid review you can adapt and post across all the platforms. I’ve written it to be factual, specific, and compelling — the kind that platforms won’t flag and readers will trust:
Title: “30-Day Guarantee Is Misleading — They Count From Order Date, Not When You Receive It”
Body:
I ordered Nugenix Total-T and their multivitamin on January 14, 2026, specifically because they advertise a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The product didn’t arrive until January 29, 2026 — 15 days after I placed the order. By the time I actually had the product in my hands and had a chance to try it, nearly half of my so-called “30-day guarantee” was already gone due to their own shipping time.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told the order was outside the 30-day money-back guarantee window — counted from the date I placed the order, not the date I received it. So in reality, I had less than 15 usable days to evaluate a product they advertise with a full 30-day guarantee.
This is deceptive advertising. A “30-day satisfaction guarantee” implies 30 days to try the product. If the clock starts ticking before the product even ships, the guarantee is functionally worthless for anyone who doesn’t receive same-day delivery. Their own FAQ language is contradictory — one page references the ship date, another references the purchase date — which only adds to the confusion and the misleading nature of the policy.
I am a California consumer and have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the California Attorney General’s office under California Civil Code § 1723, which governs return and refund policy disclosure requirements.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Nugenix — read the fine print carefully, because their advertised guarantee is not what it appears to be.
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. The product didn't work for me and I called and cancelled. They sent me another bottle and charged my card. They want me to pay for shipping it back. No customer service. They don't care. Beware.
Do not try it it's a waste of money
I would give a zero but you can't do that. I got their trial and I did not feel it different at all. It did not do anything for me. It's all a height and actually other reviews I see quite a while though we're saying that is not a very good hormone booster. I think it came in fourth place on the ratings. So for two weeks I should have felt something I didn't feel a damn thing. Waste of money even though it was only five to seven dollars for the sample. And they're one for posing weight that one there has 250 mg of caffeine in it. My coffee has more than that when I drink it in the morning. So anything about losing weight with something that could change happening that's basically the thermogenics that's supposed to do it. So if you're a coffee drinker like me can you have like a free cup of I do with a good medium roast but you're drinking more than 200 mg caffeine. So if my coffee really don't do it that's something I'm going to do it. Even though I haven't tried it I may try it just to see you it really does work I don't have hopes for it because I've been through all those that was supposed to burn fat lose weight and all this and all that it never did nothing. So to me this is no different. If you don't take any medicine at all or anything then I might do something for you but people that may or drink a lot of coffee or even some everyday or twice a day can't decide you nothing feel nothing bad. Mother go to the doctor for testosterone boosters because those are going to be the only points that are going to be able to do anything.
Fake supplement and horrible customer service if you want to cancel
First nothing truly boost testosterone levels except testosterone. This product is a fake supplement and prey on desperation from men hoping to get results. Just like any supplement claiming these great results. STOP men and eat better and get more active and your free testosterone will be better.

Some how they got a hold of my debit card number and tried to charge me over and over!
I had to cancel my card!
Horrible Experience.
Bogas company!!!
Stay safe and far away from these people.
Signed up for the free sample
Signed up for the free sample. Was not too impressed because it came super late. Then in the small terms they decided to sign me up for their program even though I didn't ask to be and charged me $75 and overdrafted my bank account and cost me even more money. To anybody out there and wanting to use it I would not use them
Nugenix free trial is a scam!
This is the most horrible company that I ever dealt with! DO NOT fall for the "free 14 day trial". I placed my free trial order on 3/31/25.
On 4/1/25, my credit card was charged for the $ 5.99 shipping on the free trial (which I was aware of).
However, I was not aware that my first month of paying full price would also be charged to my credit card on 4/1/25.
Today is 5/6/25 and I still have not received my full price shipment so I called customer service to complain as to why they shipped me anything because I had cancelled my subscription on 4/3/25. They said it shipped on 4/1/25 and I told them that I still have not received it and all my customer rep said was "Yes you did" and hung up. This is a total scam!! Do not order from them!!
Nugenix sounds like Eugenics on purpose
Why would you name your product after eugenics unless you're trying to dog whistle to other white supremacists.
Can't cancel subscription
Can't cancel subscription without paying $20.00. What the hell kind of bullshit is this? Cancelled, all my bank cards and re-issued bank cards and Nugenix discovers new card number and continues to charge without my consent. This is borderline fraud! I don't want this junk- doesn't work. No customer service. Sends an email to sent postal letter requesting cancellation.
Can't fulfill my subscription. Cancelled my name???
In the mornings I'm starting my day with some coffee. I take my meds and notice I have energy sooner than the pot of is empty so I know problem with it. Customer service that's different. Been taking it almost a year on revolving order. Last month I had to call them to get my subscription filled. Now this month the same thing is happening. Spoke to customer service she agreed with me and couldn't find out why. Told me to go to CVS and I have can buy it there. I think maybe it's my last name is why I'm being treated so crappy.
Canceled my account
Canceled my account, got a charge for $80 on April 10th. Called and they said sorry it was a mistake we will reverse the charge I blocked them. Then on April 15 I noticed my account had gone negative. When I researched why I saw that not only did they not reverse the charge but charged me double. 160$. Called again they were very rude refused to let me speak to a supervisor placed me on hold for an hour then hung up on me I called back they said it's your banks fault. Called the bank they said not only did they not reverse the charge but it's still pending then I said how did they charge me again if I have them blocked. The bank did some digging and saw that they charged it from a complete different company. I called them again to point this out and they are saying that's not us you have the wrong number. I said no this is the number on the receipt. They are using another service to run interference so when they submit the bank disputes it shows they never charged anything. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM DO NOT BUY!
I ordered a sample bottle of one of…
I ordered a sample bottle of one of their products and did not agree for any kind of subscription service. All of a sudden I get a charge for $83 and when I called immediately to stop the shipment and the payment, the “customer service” person yelled over me and told me that I needed to read the terms and conditions. I told them explicitly to cancel and do not send me any product and to refund my money. He then offered to give it to me at a discounted rate. I said cancel immediately that I did not order their product on a subscription. He proceeded to tell me again in a raised voice that I did do it. I said OK so I did if I did cancel it immediately and give me my money back. Fat chance of that happening.
