Still waiting on missing part for my…

Still waiting on missing part for my grill and an accessory - even though I was told that this was sent from their personal grill. Quality very poor. Had to repair the cable myself and once the heat is high on the puma, I can’t close the door of the puma which must be a design issue. I also expect this review to be deleted just as my original one was deleted. Also, don’t make a bad comment, even if it’s true, on the Nuke Facebook group as you’ll be kicked out.
