Nuki works great and reliable with keypad, fob, or with the app since 2022. I never use may keys again.

Works perfectly most of the time. Sometimes you have to wait a few seconds to unlock but never have to think of your keys again. And if you are on vacation it is easier than ever to let your neighbors in to water your plants:)

Everything about this company is impressive. Ordered a Nuki ultra - had it installed and up and running in under 30 mins thanks to super clear app based instructions. Works perfectly with a simple to use app, looks great and best of all is made in the EU. Online support before ordering was really good too. The product is well packed and makes it easy to find all the part you need to suit your installation. The fact that you can control the lock from your Garmin watch is the cherry on the cake!

If I had one complaint it would be the cost of ordering additional keys is high.

After initial setup which may be overwhelming for some (at least in case of the Opener), the solution just works. It has been seamlessly adopted by my family, which is quite an achievement. The application and overall service are friendly and useful.

My experience with Nuki has been extremely negative.
I requested a return even before the product was shipped, but I was told that I had to wait until I received it in order to proceed. I followed their instructions exactly: when the package arrived, I opened it only to place the return label inside, without touching any of the items.
Despite this, after processing the return, they withheld €120 claiming that items were missing, which is completely untrue. The product was returned in the exact same condition in which it was received.
I find this practice unfair and lacking transparency. As a customer, I acted correctly at all times, yet I did not receive a fair resolution.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company.

I’ve been using the Nuki Smart Lock for a while now, and it has genuinely changed how I interact with my home. Coming home with full grocery bags and having the door Auto-Unlock as I approach is one of those "living in the future" moments that never gets old.

The Experience
The hardware itself is sleek and fits perfectly over my existing cylinder, meaning I didn’t have to do any drilling or complicated DIY. The app is intuitive, and the integration with my smart home (Home Assistant and Apple Home) has been rock solid.

It’s rare to find a tech company that stands behind their products this effectively. If you're looking for a smart lock, I can't recommend Nuki enough—not just for the tech, but for the peace of mind knowing they actually take care of their customers.

Product is working perfectly. Support is great with quick response and fast Exchange, in case product is broken.

I’ve had the Nuki Ultimate Nordic edition for about a month now and it works as advertised. I’m using it on a fairly common (in the Nordics) multipoint, lift to lock door which requires the handle to be lifted which engages three security pins in the door frame before the door can be locked. This does mean that if you leave the house with the door unlocked and without having lifted the handle, it cannot be locked remotely. This is a me problem, not an Nuki problem. Almost every issue I’ve encountered had a solution via configuration. Eg, being able to tune the distance the lock turns when activating or adjusting how close to the door you need to be to activate the Auto Unlock feature (which is awesome).
The only problem I have had is when someone used a key to lock the door, which confused the Nuki lock as it thought it was unlocked. In this instance the only way to unlock the door again was using a key. This was particularly inconvenient as I’ve stopped carrying keys. Once unlocked with the key, the Nuki then needed recalibrating. I guess this issue is specific to the type of lock I have, but it would be good if there was a way to fix this type of issue from the app without needing access to the Nuki device. Other than that, 5 glowing stars.

I bought an original, first generation Nuki years ago when it came out. I ended up never using it because it was a bit too slow for us.

I bought a 5th generation Nuki Pro and it is exactly what I was looking for. It is fantastic.

For my basic usage, the Nuki app is easy to use and reliable.

I have deducted one star because the Nuki seems randomly to fully lock the door (two full key turns are required to unlock, and then open the door), even though automatic locking is disabled. I have not been able to identify a pattern of when this happens, with the locking happening zero, one, or multiple times per day. Nuki support has been incredibly responsive and has offered a few tips but, so far, without success.

Easy to fit. Quality build. Never need a key again. Highly recommended

Great service and fantastic product

I’ve been using Nuki for my home and it has been amazing. I recently upgraded to the new model, and it is sleek looks stylish on the door. I love that I can open my door remotely, wherever I am. highly recommend

The innovation with these locks is very good. I feel, though, that there are levels built in that are not quite good enough. If you don't pull the handle up when leaving, then the door remains open . There should be an auto-lock after a set time to lock the door. If you have a key code entry, then no problem getting back in. The door tells me that I use the entry and exit quite a lot. That's what folks do, go in and out ! And the battery warning comes on far too many times, even though it's a factory-fitted pack and lasts only a few weeks. It's a good product, but not as user-friendly as I would have liked .

I just love it, although I don't use every feature of the app due to my wife's disbelief. Although I use it at home I have guest very often. I don't need to provide keys for them, I just use the app.
During the last couple of months it doesn't consume that much energy as before (it needs to be charged very rarely).

I’ve been using a Nuki lock and keypad for several years, and they’ve been very reliable the whole time. The battery life is also great.
