Caring professional service that is not over priced

We have been taking our pets to Number 1 vets for some time due to the proximity to our home however the more we have used their the services the more impressed we have been with them. Over the last few months our 19 year old cat has slowly succumbed to the inevitable and Rosa has patiently tracked progress over the recent months. While it was clear it was time for White sox to be put to rest she gave her professional opinion along with a firm recommendation based on the data. It is hard to say goodbye to a pet that has been such a part of the family for so long but Rosa was patient, professional and caring and it made something that was extremely difficult as easy as possible.
Thanks for your caring.

Disability discrimination, rude and left my dog in pain over parking.

My dog was rushed in an emergency so parked on the road outside I wasn't blocking anything and I'm disabled. I was asked by a rude nurse to move. Picking her meds up I was again told to move. I said no and was asked to leave, the staff lied twice and the owner, who cancelled her £2k operation, for the following morning.
leaving her in pain. These vets are only interested in selling you Meds and food that arnt needed and seem to dislike disabled people. Leaving my dog in pain over parking they don't own was the last straw.
