Exited to see the result
I only have 4 hours in. I enjoy it. It’s a sort of yoga for the brain. It will be beautiful. I did not order with frame and I regret it. So I would suggest to order with frame.

Time For Relaxation
For me it’s a great way to spend hours in a day for my retirement, and keeps my minimal skills. I’m at my fourteenth kit and have done a personnal picture for
familly. We all agree that some look great and some seem to have off colour. I enjoy this very much.

Yes all gd the paintings are good but I did have a issue with the up movie one bought 2but wasn't happy with the outcome bit it was dearer to send back so had to keep it

I love painting these pictures. You receive everything you need. Paint. Brushes and a separate detailed picture with all the numbers on it. This helps to ensure you can check you are using the correct paint colour when the painting area is so small. Very addictive and the feeling of achievement when it’s finished. Every one who sees my finished item are very impressed

Decent product, questionable customer service
Product was as advertises and looks nice. The brushes weren't my favorite (a little on the cheap side) but that was what was expected.
The issue I had is their refund policy. The site states that they'll give you a return label with "no questions asked." It took me 5+ emails with a customer service rep to finally get them to give me a return label. After the item arrived, they did not give me a refund and I had to manually ask again.
Ultimately, while the product met my needs I would never order from them again so as to avoid these types of issues.

Some of the paints were too thick
Some of the paints were too thick, or I used it up and I needed more. Mariane was friendly, prompt and extremely helpful in fulfilling my request. I received tracking information and now am just waiting on the delivery to continue working on finishing my beautiful hydrangea picture.
