There were a lot of staff on in the store, so I was served immediately. It would have been a great experience; however the box the shoes came in was so damaged it fell apart and the shoes fell out before I had even left the store.

Staff were lovely and helpful and the shoes are comfortable to wear around work all day.

Love being able to order larger size women's shoes online. I usually order click & collect and then check them in-store so return or exchange can all be sorted onsite with no drama. All the bonuses of getting stock not available at my closest store and the staff in the Tauranga branch are always a pleasure to deal with
