Number plates turned up looking good in all fairness. However, no fixings which I paid £3.49 for. Emailed but no response. Only £3.49 but meant I had to pay for some from elsewhere too. Also, you can pretty much get the same plates from Amazon for half the price.

What was ordered was not what we received. I have sent numerous emails but have had no response and there is no telephone number on their site. I am now stuck with plates that I won’t use and will have to order elsewhere. Very poor service, avoid these people!

I placed an order for a number plate however upon arrival the plate was not spaced correctly to what I had asked for on the website. I even stated in the notes how I would like it spaced which the company says to do so. We have tried emailing them 3 times now and have had no reply whatsoever, we have tried email and through their Facebook page, this was over a week ago now which seems pretty unacceptable on the customer support front.

Ordered from these guys after having a shocking experience elsewhere. Wish I’d come here in the first place and will be back when I need more. Professional and polite.

Fabulous company, I placed my order and it came today, ( a day late but that was DPD fault not these). I read these reviews after placing my order and got concerned my delivery wouldn't come or it wouldn't be as high standard as expected, I emailed the company straight away and expresses my concerns. Within the hour they had emailed me back with full reassurance.
Anyway my order is here and exactly how I ordered it.

Please avoid this company. I received my plate scratched. As I didn't notice it until fitted to the car they weren't interested. I could not see the scratch on the plate until it was fitted to the car. I can honestly say I did not scratch the plate. They did not want to know! Also the film attached to the plate is the hardest stuff ever to remove. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience with this company, twice.
My order was also a little out of the ordinary with a special requirement, no problem at all and did not delay the order at all.

I have ordered my plates on 25/04/23, today is 04/05/23 and I still have not received my order, even though their website claims express delivery. I have sent several emails as well as messages on their website (phone number is not working) and have not received any reply. Very poor customer service. Please avoid.

**AVOID** sold me illegal plates, 2 emails sent to company and no courtesy of a reply, have contacted my card company to stop payment, plenty of other car registration plate makers out there, if I was you I’d use them instead, customer service here is shocking, see other bad reviews too coz I wish I checked them before I bought plates from theses

The customer service and attention to detail from this company was second to none. Answered all my questions within a few minutes, the delivery was the next day and the product is superb.

Very poor contact I paid for express delivery 1/2 days on Monday am it’s Thursday pm and I still haven’t got the number plate and I can’t find a phone number to call them.

Do not use the online plate builder. What you see on screen is not what you receive. Avoid!
