The product that I received was a SMALL paint roller. It was not the paint system that was advertised and paid for.

Good item, just took a bit long to recieve

I would give -5 stars. Don't ever buy product from this company. They are cheaply made in China and when your product is damaged during shipping they won't refund your money.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a rating of 0 or minus. I also regret not reading the reviews before ordering, but I liked the ball for my dog and decided to purchase it. After 1.5 months, during which I eventually stopped receiving any updates about the delivery, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they delayed even further, claiming there was no update on the shipment tracking.

When I finally demanded my money back, I was told they would refund only part of the amount, deducting shipping costs and an additional amount because they lost the product. I made it very clear that losing the product is entirely their responsibility and not my problem, and that I expect a full refund.

Long story short, two weeks later I am still chasing my money, and it is obvious that I will never get it back. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this company.

If I could rate zero or negative stars, I would. I tried to cancel and order, they wouldn’t let me. Said I had to wait until I received it. I received it and want to return it and they won’t let me. They are arguing with me over multiple emails that I should “just try it out” and I flatly don’t want it anymore. It took them 4 weeks too long to ship it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Ordered product on the 3rd August, have sent many emails, promised delivery every week 9 weeks and no longer answering emails. This company are a fraud

Ordered an item and never was delivered but reported. Told that it was delivered but never received the product. Don’t buy from them as they are not willing to assist. Learned my lesson and go with a company like them. Pure trash!!

I received this sun hat after waiting for approximately three weeks. The price was decent, and the quality is fairly good considering the cost. Overall, Im satisfied, although quicker shipping would have made the experience even better.

Arrived packaged securely, ensuring everything stayed intact. The compress gives off a subtle and calming aroma and feels soothing during use. Would appreciate if it stayed warm a bit longer, but overall, its a relaxing addition to my self-care routine.

1st I was over charged and they returned the difference then 2nd i ordered back on August 31st and it is now almost October 31st that means almost 3 months and I haven't recieved my item. I have sent over 12 request and they stop responding. Now I have to contact my bank for a refund since my item was NEVER recieved and they will not answer where my package is. THE tracking stopped on 9/27/24 and that was it. Worst customer service. I believe this is a scam even if others say otherwise since I've never had tonwait this long or had such a problem with any legitimate company. I ordered the Sexy black red bottom rhinestone high heels in black.
