Received my order. It is of very poor quality, nothing like advertised on their website. I told them that I wanted to return it. Was given the information for the return. My carrier told me that this address was invalid and couldn't accept it. I have just emailed this business again to ask for the correct address. This is definitely a scam.

Do Not Order ! The worst quality ever. Jacket doesn’t even resemble the picture. No return but offered 30% gift card which the link doesn’t work.absolutely the worst thing I have ordered on line

The ABSOLUTE worst! The quality of the purse and jackets I ordered were so disappointing. The purse was sent with only one strap. It needs two. Return cost was the same as the order cost so it was pointless. Twenty plus emails back and forth to ask them to send me another handle!! They say it's been shipped but won't provide a tracking number. Lots of runaround. Lesson learned, always check reviews online first!! Buyer beware!!

This is total false advertising. The product I received is not what was pictured. The bot "Isabella" offered me a mere 30% refund. The other option was for me to pay to return the product to:

Placed an order for 5 items, asked for tracking a number of times, asked for phone number. Month later received an email saying one item was not available. They had shipped NOTHING. Don’t waste your time or money with these people, work when they want.

Should have read the reviews. Horrible quality and will only spend more to return them. DO NOT ORDER.

Agree with the other reviews. Cheap terrible clothes. I actually paid to return the items to China because I was so disappointed. I informed Isabell that the receiver in China has not picked up the package. It will be thrown out if they do not receive it soon which means I will have paid for cheap product I don’t want and then paid even more for return shipping to not get a refund. Do not order. Product and service are awful

Terrible product do not order , returns are not free and expensive you have to pay shipping. The reviews on the site are fake. This is not a canadian company . this is from their email : Returning the item is certainly not a problem. However, please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After discussing with my supervisor, we wanted to offer you a few alternatives since return costs can be higher than expected due to our international located central warehouse.

The product is awful.
They do not cover return costs.
I ordered the shoes a size larger than usual, and still couldn't get them on.
Quality is so cheap dbd they smell like dead fish.

Fake website, fake products and scam. Not from toronto but from china

Cheap clothes do not order from this company, they will give you only 15% back if you keep your purchase. You have to pay the postage to return the item to Asia. You can’t even sell what you ordered if it didn’t fit as it is such poor quality material. Do not order from them.

Do not order from this company. Ordered shoes and received them looking like a piece of plastic! Nothing at all like the picture shows. To return it would cost over $80 shipping! More than the shoes! They’ll offer you 30 or 40% of the total cost and that’s what you get in a return.. Tereible scam going on

Like the Lady before me said should be no star for zero in the star review ! I ordered from this company thinking it was Canadian! After placing the order and started tracking it find it’s from China! Got the product and find it was not at all like the product that was advertised!

Went to return it and ISABELlA replied stating that she could only refund me 30% of my money or keep the product for a gift card!

If I wanted to return the product I would have to ship it back to China myself!

Why would I order anything else from this company knowing that the product that is being advertised is not the same product that you will receive! Don’t order from this company! Not Canadian!

The item I ordered was cheap fabric and not red but orange. I’ve tried to contact them twice over a week with no response for a return. I should have read the reviews before I ordered as I now know this is a useless endeavour 😠

They are based out of Asia not Toronto. Products are misleading and a huge process to return at your expense. Have to be done In a deadline of 14 days . But takes you 21 days at least to receive it . Wish there was a spot to post pics. I ordered the jacket poor quality material and different color and style than their site .

Do not buy from this company. The quality of the items are worse than Temu. It is a mock Toronto store that sells low quality Chinese products that are not represented accurately on their website.
If you want to return, they will offer you a 20% refund or you have to ship everything back to China!

I ordered a lovely coat on sale. I finally received it after 2 weeks. It looks nothing like the coat I ordered. It's very light, no lining and poorly made. I thought this was a Toronto company but the package came from China. The one time I didn't do my research.

Do not purchase Kendra ankle boots..They are the worse boots ever....poor quality and sizing is not Canadian. Then on top of it all they take orders from Toronto and if we request a return you cannot ship back to Toronto you have to ship at your own expense to CHINA....(this is noted in one part of their rules but not in the other) becareful....Stay away this is the worst experience!

Ordered a leather bag ,received today, very good quality for the money, large tote bag can hold a large laptop, nice color, very practical, elegant, for every day work

Exceptionally poor quality. Their website has false trust pilot information on it. Return policy is awful.
