Nurosym is a complete game changer
Nurosym is a complete game changer. I was stricken with Long Covid in mid 2020 and have battled it in every way you can imagine, getting virtually nowhere. Now since starting to use my Nurosym daily in November 2024 I have been SO much better in terms of energy, mood, sleep, gi symptoms etc etc.
I found that if I followed the recommendation of using the device at night before bed I had zero sleep for those nights. Contacting Nurosym I received fast support advising using the device in the morning. Since then, excellent sleep.
Any problems or concerns, customer care are speedy, helpful and efficient. I cannot fault Nurosym or their team. Excellent investment.

Worth every penny
I suffer with chest pain from anxiety and often feel like I'm in survival mode. I also suffer with acid reflux, inflammation, irritability and difficulty focusing. Since using Nurosym, my acid reflux is non existent and I feel much calmer and able to deal with day to day life. I use Nurosym once in the morning and once in the evening. It's worth noting I also combine Nurosym with breathing techniques to help calm my nervous system. Although Nurosym isn't cheap, I genuinely believe it's worth every penny and I definitely notice a difference when I forget to use it.

Horrendous tinnitus and no benefits
I purchased a Nurosym device in the autumn to hopefully help with chronic pain and inflammation issues. I used it as recommended, initially twice daily for around two months, always staying within the suggested settings.
During this period, I became aware of increasing tinnitus in my left ear, which is the side where the device connects. As the tinnitus worsened, I reduced both the intensity and frequency of use, eventually cutting back to once a week. Despite stopping use altogether, I now have constant, deafening tinnitus in my left ear that does not go away. This was not something I experienced before using the device.
I contacted Nurosym support several times about this. While the responses were polite and well written, they were clearly AI-generated. My concerns were later “escalated” to a named AI doctor who, when searched for online, appears to be a doctor persona they use. I found this extremely disingenuous. I would much rather receive an honest reply stating that responses are AI-generated or hear directly from a real person who has considered my feedback, rather than being given the impression of escalated medical oversight that does not exist.
I received a discount to take part in what was described as a study. I did not expect a clinical trial, but I did expect something more substantial than what turned out to be a very light-touch online survey that did not meaningfully explore side effects or outcomes and did not appear to have any subsequent interactions planned. This has left me with the impression that the “study” element is more of a marketing exercise than a genuine attempt to gather robust user data.
Unfortunately, I experienced no positive benefits from the device, despite the significant cost. What I am left with instead is permanent, intrusive tinnitus that now affects everyday activities. I have noticed other users reporting worsened tinnitus. I’m concerned that this risk may be underrepresented in public reviews.
I am genuinely gutted that this device did not help me, but I feel strongly that potential users should be aware that tinnitus can be a serious side effect, even when the device is used within recommended guidelines. This is something I may now have to live with long-term.
I am sharing this review simply to ensure others can make a fully informed decision.

I don’t know where I would be without my little miracle my device has changed my life, I have suffered from chronic pain for more than 4 years after an accident tried everything then Nurosym and now am almost pain free. Buyer Beware! Earpiece isn’t covered by 2 year warranty
The cable / connector of my earpiece stopped working after 7 months and 20 days. I contacted support and was told the earpiece warranty was only 6 months and I would have to buy a new one - for £45!
The earpiece, is poorly made with a flimsy cable and connector attachments. The unit is completely useless without the earpiece and only Nurosym earpieces can be used. The manufacturer is not transparent that the earpiece is only covered by 6 months warranty and costs £45 to replace.
Be prepared to regularly pay for new ones!

I like what I see so far

Take care with this machine. Not for everyone.
This was recommended by a long covid specialist. Used it for one day and wound up in hospital. The machine inflamed the vestibular nerve, so i now have vestibular neuronitis with dizziness, ear ache and nausea in addition to long covid. Hospital advised caurion using nurosym by rhise with sensitive systems.

This product is absolutely amazing. So far I’ve seen positive impacts into almost all areas that nurosym states it helps with. Considering this is a non-invasive drug-free product, I was initially sceptical as to how effective it would be, however the positive results in almost every area have been outstanding.

Earpiece broke a few months after warranty ended and no good will from Nurosym, they just want all your money for their low quality product.
I recommend that you find a cheaper alternative if you want to give this tech a shot.
