Thought I would try the hand cream as have problems with dermatitis. It's great so ordered more and some for my granddaughter who is a nurse in Southampton University hospital. Really pleased that my purchases are also helping nurses.

I was introduced to Nursem by a friend who gave me a Christmas hamper with Nursem products last year. I suffer from Pompholyx, a chronic skin condition presenting with small, intensely itchy, fluid-filled blisters on the palms and fingers of my hands. I have been prescribed various medical products by my GP but found them of little help, as well as containing substances I am allergic to, e.g. SLS. Then I tried Nursem and found it the best product so far for my hands. I love that it is entirely natural, has a great consistency, the handwash is great, and best of all, not only is it competitively priced, I am helping nurses with a free Nursem product a month. These guys have my full support.

This hand cream is one of the best I have used, as my hands deal with a lot of water and feel the cold which makes them very dry.
The ingredients are natural and pure, which gives the thumbs up for usage.
I have just purchased the bottle with pump, to put in my cloakroom for my friends to try. I keep the tube by my bed. Very pleased with my purchase!

I’ve been trying since February to heal the broken skin on my hands. I have an autoimmune condition that leaves my skin especially vulnerable in cold weather, and this winter really took its toll. Nursem is the best hand cream IMO. I have tried many others but this is the one I have come back to again!
Particularly in Winter my hands suffer from soreness and dryness and they are much better with Nursem AND it works quickly!
I have now ordered the Skin Fix as it’s got to be good!!!

I was bought some nursen hand wash, cream, and the Caring Skin Fix for Christmas from a friend. I'm a stained glass artist so my fingers are frequently shredded. All the products are good, but the Caring Skin Fix is AMAZING! It usually takes my hands about 2-3 weeks to recover after a busy commission period. Fingertips are sore, biometric print recognition not working, no salt and vinegar crisps, you get the idea. This stuff fixed it within a few days and within a week my hands were totally healed. Popped a blob on every night (I find it to heavy for daytime use) rubbed it in well and ta-da. All healed up and ready to go again. As for my nails, they are usually a mess as a result of my work, no more, they are so strong compared to how they used to be. Cannot recommend this stuff enough. Just need them to make it in a bigger pot!

This is the best hand cream I have ever used. I originally bought some because my hands were very dry and nothing was working. It immediately fixed the problem. Life got busy and I forgot to order more so went back to using my old handcream. Within days my dry skin was back. Reordered some Nursem, which arrived promptly, and after only a few applications the dry skin has gone and my hands feel soft and lovely again. Thank you!

I’ve suffered for years with dry, cracked and bleeding hands, then I found Nursem! Wish it had been around all the years I’ve been lambing. Maybe try offering it into the farming community? I’m sure there are plenty of others out there suffering the same as I did. I prefer the unscented(white bottle/tube)

Absolutely love these products. I keep buying them all and giving them to my friends and family. I use it all over my body and it’s fantastic. I have very sensitive skin so this is really good. The hand wash is lovely too.
