These look like if I wash something they're going to come right off. I thought it would be something that would be more like material or something this is something I could've been on the computer. So I'm not happy.

Hi Margo,
I am so sorry to hear you are not happy with your printed sew on labels. These labels are made from a nylon fabric for sensitive skin. They are pre-cut and sealed so they don't fray and can withstand high temperature washes and Industrial washers and driers. After the first wash the labels become silky smooth to touch. The wording is printed, not embroidered. You simply peel the label off the backing paper and sew in by hand or machine.
We do have embroidered labels in the range, perhaps this is what you were wanting?

My mother is living at a nursing home and I've been using the iron-on labels for her clothing as I noticed some of her things were missing when the laundry was returned. So far they are staying on and were easy to apply. So happy I found you on the internet.

I ordered red rose name labels for my mother who was going into a senior care facility. The labels came quickly with a personal handwritten note expressing good wishes for my mom in her new home. I was so touched and impressed--not only with the quality of the labels--very easy to iron on to all mom's clothes and pretty!--but with the thoughtfulness of the supplier. It's rare these days to receive a personal touch and it meant a lot to me and to my mother!

I was most disappointed in the service I received especially after reading the positive reviews. I place my order on September 20th and paid a substantial upcharge for 2nd business day delivery. I needed these labeIs in order to move my parents into an assisted living facility. I received notice that I would receive my package at end of day on September 25th! I called the company but was unable to leave a message. I then sent an email expressing my concern and my disappointment but have yet to hear anything from the company except for this request to review their service.

I am so sorry to hear you are not happy, we pride ourselves on keeping in touch with our customers and offer a 24 hour answerphone service which we get back to immediately and likewise with our emails. Your order arrived late on September 20th and the first chance to send was the afternoon of Thursday 21st and then it arrived on Monday 25th which is the 2 business day guaranteed service, there is no delivery with DHL on a weekend hence why it was 2 business days.
I hope this now explains things and I am so sorry for any confusion and appreciate it is a very stressful time for you and your family.

Where are my labels? And could never find how they were shipped, on a slow boat perhaps? Nothing about shipping is mentioned on your website.
Update ●● the labels arrived today. I did search the email I received for tracking information, couldn't locate any tracking number. It appears from the envelope that the labels came from outside the U.S.A. If I had known that the company was foreign then I would have expected it to take a while to get to me. Bottom line, I have them now. Thanks.

I can confirm you labels were shipped 09/19/17 and your chosen method of standard free shipping takes 6-9 business days to reach you so due shortly.
