A very positive experience with Nurture Pest Control. Danny S attended our call out (Nottinghamshire). Not only was he highly knowledgeable and friendly, he took the time to fully investigate the surrounding area, explain the background of the problem and the plan of action being put in place. His written report was detailed and issued promptly and I’m pleased return visits are already planned in for monitoring.
There overall service is good, but their invoicing/credit control is useless. I paid for a pest control treatment based on the estimate quote. The credit control team matched the payment against an invoice & then created another invoice for a treatment I didn't ask for or receive. They have been sending me e-mails chasing for the payment for months now even though I have repeatedly told them to look at it and fix their error. I can't use them again till they sort that out & am wondering if it is worth ever using them again.
