We were so impressed by Joela when she supported us through a complicated re mortgage with differing fixed terms, new withdrawals and an issue with our building certificate!
She was very patient and explained everything clearly to us. She was warm and friendly too. I found her to be highly professional and we will use her again certainly.

Quite simply, Joela has been amazing! She advised and supported us when we were looking to move. Her knowledge, experience and expertise shone from when we first met with her.

From initial products available, options, to helping us find a new solicitor when ours closed down overnight, linking in with mortgage providers to keep things moving Joela was was always available and willing to answer questions.

She did so much to sort out problems with HMRC, spending over an hour on the phone to contact them and find the information we needed.
