The product doesn't work as advertised, I got cut in the wrong area 🤦 it's good for a beard trimmer but you can get better beard trimmers for half the price

Not the Best First Experience
Did not have a good first experience and waited a month until I got any update or even a response about my order. They had shipping difficulties and my order was returned but I was never notified. PayPal was able to get me my money refunded. I okay with that.

One of the main reasons for purchasing your product , was based ( not solely on your promo ) in your adds , video demonstrations you are showing the trimmer being used ( without trimmer attachment ) on a balloon with out bursting the balloon . on the first try ( yes I'm use to using trimmers ) I cut myself . so how can you promote it not bursting a balloon but cutting skin . correct me , but the nutbags trimmer is all about trimming with out chance of skin damage
