Do not order this helmet from the company…

I have bought three Nutcase helmets in the past from various stores. I ordered a helmet from the Nutcase website. The helmet did not arrive. I ordered it over a month ago. The tracking says delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address. I have sent emails to the company but I am no longer getting a response.

From the emails I am gathering that I will not get a refund but I have been offered to buy another helmet.

Terrible customer service. I like the helmets but now I would not recommend the company or buy another one. These are expensive helmets, I expect to be treated better, not ripped off.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Would not respond to my emails about returning an adult bicycle helmet. I ended up shipping it back to their warehouse in San Diego, CA, which cost me $18.60. Hopefully, I’ll get my refund.

This company makes and sells protection…

This company makes and sells protection helmets worldwide.
They sell good products for kids, so i was interested in bought one of their products for my little kid, that I can't test around me, so need to get it online, i asked for help on sizing for their info mail, and they completely ignore and did not answer my mails what, for a company, is very bad behavior and disrespect for customers.
A note, I have a 3.5 years old kid and this is the second time, that this behavior exist, so i assume is the norm and how they work.

Nutcase, hope you correct and respect your customers.
