I love the liquid vitamins as they seem to contain everything you need. I have recently had to change from the vegan one to women's but I was not told it had discontinued which I had on subscription. I found out when I contacted them so then was able to change to the women's. The reason I had the vegan one is because it contained iron but the women's does not but it did not sway me and I just buy spatone if I feel the need for some iron. Delivery is always super quick and would highly recommend this company as it is rare to find clean non toxic supplements and being liquid is easier on the stomach

Cant say much just that the magnesium glycinate was to low a dose for me

There is not a months worth of tablets in a pack if you are taking them according to the bottle instructions. So in my opinion they are not worth the money. They are far too expensive

I am using NMN for about 19 months. it took some time, but I feel much better now. After testing the blood, the values have improved significantly. My doctor recommended NMN, and I've been using it ever since. The problem is that I can't buy the product in the Netherlands!
