It's a must have when Fasting

Whenever I am fasting I find Nutri-Align Fasting Salt very useful. The electrolytes help me sustain throughout my fasting. I don't feel tired , instead, I feel physically more energetic & mentally more alert. I use it with Lemon & the flavour becomes interesting. Without this Fasting Salt by Nutri-Align , I had noticed for myself that the Fasting experience becomes very difficult. The other plus point is, it is economical compare to others. The price is affordable & the quality has not been compromised. That's why it has been more than a year & I am still sticking to it.

Completely satisfied!

Fast delivery, clean packaging, and a product that does exactly what it promises. Especially positive: well tolerated and clear communication beforehand. I will definitely order again.

Great website with the added bonus of a huge amount of information on the products as well as how to get the most out of them and also warnings and contraindications given. This company comes across not only as professional but care about people too.

nutri-align sell fasting products that break a fast

My bad - I wasn’t thorough on their website, the information was there. But ultimately the advanced fasting salt capsules break a fast = not a fasting product! Just as so called organic companies sell products that are not organic, nutri-align sells fasting products that break a fast … of course they do ..

Response to reply:

Magnesium glycinate contains glycine, a non-essential amino acid that can inhibit autophagy by modulating nutrient-sensing pathways, particularly through mTOR signaling. Even small amounts may blunt the cellular stress signals required to initiate and sustain deep autophagy during a strict fast

This is absolutely not true. Fasting Salts Advanced formulation includes only mineral salts that are all zero calorie. The product will definitely NOT break your fast.

We are really baffled about your claim! You mention something about the information on our website, I've asked our customer support team to reach out to you and hopefully clear up any misunderstanding with regards to the product.

UPDATE: Thank you for providing further information about your claim.

You're correct that there is a theoretical link between glycine and mTOR, but it's extremely tenuous in practical terms. Most scientific studies show that meaningful mTOR activation requires 2–3 grams of leucine, typically in combination with other amino acids and within the context of significant protein intake.

Our magnesium glycinate capsules contain only trace amounts of glycine, used solely to chelate the magnesium. You would need to consume approximately 40 capsules in one go (our recommended single serving is 3 capsules) to even approach 3 grams of glycine. And even then, without leucine or caloric intake, mTOR would still not be meaningfully stimulated.

In short, the ingredients and dosages in our product are entirely compatible with fasting, including for those targeting deep autophagy. Magnesium glycinate and bisglycinate are among the most popular forms of magnesium used by the fasting community due to their excellent absorption and gentle effect on the stomach.

Great product with fast delivery

Easy check out and fast delivery. People who rate this product low are confused. It is a fantastic unflavored salt supplement, not flavored. I live on this stuff in the desert climate where I live past of the year. It helps me to drink more water than I would be able to otherwise. Fabulous product. So grateful 🙏🏻

Great new product.

I have been using pink salt, salt free (potassium), and Epsom for years to fight off keto flu and while fasting. But I needed something simpler for travel. I also needed something in capsule form. I tried the mix and it was very gentle and helpful. Thanks.

Good purchase

The shipping was fast. Delivery good. I like the fasting salts and the pills for hair loss work great. I started fasting again and wanted to try the electrolyte crystals. I like the taste and they dissolve fast.
