Fast shipping. Good experience ordering the products. However the product it self is almost like a pure salt. Need to really mixed it with water to actually be able to drink it.

The fasting salts really help me endure extended fasts and keep going.
I am taking the Hair Defence as well, and I am not certain yet if it will successfully curtail the terrible hair loss I experience following a series of extended fasts. Ask me in a few months!

Wouldn't recommend
Delivery was good, bit the product doesn't dissolve properly, even when drinking it gradually and giving it some periods between each one, it's end up hurting my throat, I stop using it now.

Fasting power!
I was pretty excited to have found electrolytes specifically designed for fasting (clean and unsweetened). Received my fasting salts yesterday in time for my next 48 hour water fast. I normally struggle with energy and hunger after 24 hours, but not this time. Started with a half scoop which has maintained my energy and has kept me in balance. Can't wait to try longer fasts with this! Unfortunately shipping to Canada took a long time, so will plan for that next order!

I love the vitamins I get from you. I get great results. I do intermittent and 3-5 day fasts. My hair was getting so thin. With your product my hair is back to looking like it did in my 20's. Your shipping is fast and accurate.

Finally. Electrolytes with Phosphorus!
As far as I know, these are the only fasting salts that include phosphorus. For longer fasts, phosphate depletion becomes an issue.
I found these capsules fairly easy to swallow and effective.

They even reduced my cravings!!!
The electrolyte pills were shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. These really did more than I expected. I am using them with IF. I thought I was getting enough electrolytes, but had my blood tested recently and needed more, so I have added these. I am feeling so much better and my cravings have even reduced greatly.

Great improvement
I am really pleased with the ingredients changed. I prefer magnesium glycinate over citrate. Plus, having the added phosphorus will make a big difference in my refeed for longer fasts. One less thing I need to purchase.
