I placed an order (#S02687) on March 27, and it was supposed to arrive in 8 days. However, the tracking has been stuck at the same stage since March 26th. I have contacted support multiple times, but they only provide generic "copy-paste" answers, saying they are "investigating," without providing any real solutions or a refund. Very disappointed. Avoid this shop if you don't want your money to disappear.

At last !!! A product that really works. A decent night’s sleep has evaded me for years and the over the counter melatonin just wasn’t cutting it. A neighbour suggested I try the Nutricity time release 5mg melatonin and I haven’t looked back since. Thanks Nutricity .. a game changer!!

It took a long long time and many many emails to get our product

Nutricity is a perfect type of scam company because they show an australian website but actually ship from the US. This does not mean they are in the US either. I have sent many emails with no response so i decided to track down some info. Please do no order off this company unless you feel like giving them a donation. they will take your money and not supply any goods. I am taking mine up with both the bank and the ACCC for deceptive and misleading content. If you have ordered from this company and paid by card then you need to have all the evidence of the order and any correspondance, I got my money back but only because i had a copy of the order, snipet of the website. all email correspondance etc. It also mean this bogus company may be onselling your information.

It was not only a very late delivery that was problematic. We left our gates open so the goods can be left safely in a shade in front of our house located in the battle axe 1 acre block.
The package was instead left on the top of our mail box located on the street and fully exposed to sun.
That is unacceptable.

Firstly they could supply the product that was ordered & paid for on the 8th January 2026.

Item arrived on time, communication about postage and order confirmation was timely and item arrived in good condition. I was bit worried after reading other reviews so was pleasantly surprised.

Took 6 weeks to be delivered and then was a completely different product and dosage to what I ordered. When I emailed them they wanted me to keep the wrong order with 50% refund. I had to request twice for a return shipping label. Yet to receive and who knows if I will ever be refunded. WORST. Do not buy - I should have looked at these review first!

This company is a total SCAM
I have made an order more than a month ago, they keep saying there was an issue with my order. They told me they would send it in 2-3 days, then 24 hs, and still NOTHING. I have just asked for a refund with no news yet.

Placed an order on 10 December. I received an email advising the item was being shipped on 26 December. Since that date, the tracking has shown no movement and no updates whatsoever.

I contacted support and was initially told they would look into it. I was then advised that a refund would be issued. After I agreed to the refund, I was told “great news, it’s been progressed.” I checked immediately and nothing had changed. The shipment still shows no movement.

When I again requested the refund, I was then told that once I receive the product, I can return it for a refund despite the fact that the product has never been delivered and shows no evidence of movement.

After checking Trustpilot, it appears I am not the only customer experiencing this issue.

I will be escalating this matter further to obtain the refund I am entitled to.

Our order was placed on the 10th Dec 2025. It is now January 8th 2026 and no sign of our order. Tracking tells me it is only half way here from the USA.
Bit disappointed so far. If it arrives shortly I will post another review. Can't review the product as not received yet.

Great product however delivery took way too long

I ordered some Melatonin for my family from Nutricity and they arrived safe and sound and in perfect condition. I waited about 5 weeks for them to arrive, but they arrived. Will use this website again in future to order supplements.

I use to use iherb, but they stopped supplying Melatonin unfortunately, so I found Nutricity and I am so happy that I did. 5 stars from me, I just hope
next time we don’t have to wait so long to receive.

Scam website. Never delivered my product after 6 weeks and impossible to reach through contact forms. Is a scam

The product is fabulous. I had to mark it down though as it took ages to get to me and I had to contact the company to find out where my product was. I will order through them again though and hope I don't have the same issue.

Reasonably fast freight to SA, will consider using them again.
