Not worth the money.
Been taking this for a month now, I feel as if I manage to get my water in drinking it but haven’t lost a single pound with eating healthy as well as exercising.
The only thing it has managed to do is give me an 8 day period as well as breakthrough bleeding. Never had a problem in the last 18 years of periods. Last box has been binned.

App could do much more.
App could do much more to sync with apple health. E.g adding vitamins to medicine page, using the medicine page to track usage and set reminders etc…

Monthly subscription boxes are fantastic. I really appreciate how affordable and flexible they are. Not only is the delivery always punctual, but there is also a delightful handwritten note included. I took the supplements(Magnesium/Zinc/Ashwagandha) for 30 days and I felt like the biggest difference was when I stopped taking the supplements. I felt weaker and 1 week after I stopped taking the supplements I actually fell really sick.
