I discovered this is a scam website for…

I discovered this is a scam website for scamming people. They collect money from you without sending any product. I have paid but no product for about 2 weeks. I have been writing on contact us page and email to support but no response. They are absolute thieves.

3 weeks for item to arrive

Bought guarana and item marked as dispatched two weeks ao. Still no sign of guarana and no replies to my emails since a week. Not good enough.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.


I placed an order for £50 worth of supplements on 19 February 2026. As of 04 March 2026, I still have not received my items, despite receiving an email two days after ordering stating that it had been dispatched.

There is no contact phone number available, and I have emailed customer support but have not yet received a response.

Fantastic product and service

I have been using NAC supplement for a few weeks now, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the product and the company. The quality of supplement is outstanding;
Really impressed with the exceptional service from Nutrics. My order arrived incredibly quickly. Their customer service team were prompt, helpful, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had great experience.

Omg not joking the products are…

Omg not joking the products are amazing, I had tried so many others and then settled on nutrics, almost 3 years now, very ethical and honest people, I'm highly impressed, I've been using many supplements from these guys. Like you actually feel a difference. Thank you so much, I appreciate your efforts in providing ingredients that made a difference.

Rubbish

Bought their niacin powder, and it is rubbish. No flush at all, even tried upping the does to 5 grams, yes 5 grams, but got no flush at all. I have emailed them but have had no response whatsoever 😡. Stay away from this company as they are taking peoples hard earned cash and giving them rubbish quality products. I for one will NEVER buy from them again.

Awful.

No communication whatsoever, no items ever received.. currently going through the PayPal process of getting my money back. Amazed this company are still trading.

I made a fairly substantial order of over £50. The order was only partially filled. I wrote to the email address supplied with the receipt and also used the contact form provided. No response so far (3 days) and no phone number to call. No idea how to get the issue resolved
Update: the order was subsequently fulfilled in another delivery but no email / phone. The product is good quality but they do need a customer service department/ phone

They don't know the phrase customer service and I suspect don't even have a department to deal with concerns. They take your money and then it's delivery roulette whether something arrives at your door. I placed an order, didn't receive the product, and after multiple attempts to different mail contacts I was ignored. Thankfully PayPal refunded my purchase but others may not be so lucky. Take your money elsewhere to a company with an ounce of integrity.

Stay Away from this Compagny . Unacceptable , appalling costumer services and communications received by NADIA SABHA from Nutrics costumer support . You should be sent on a long training course in Costumer services, if you want to have a business in the future . I had placed an order , BUT decided to cancelled my order , after the bad costumer services received . I have sent several emails and asked to have a call back, as they don't have any telephone number listed on they website. But NADIA SABHA never did called me back , or responded to my enquiries . has I wanted to have more informations about they business NUTRICS . Again there is Nothing said about them on they website . I never hear of them before . If you google it ,there is no informations about who they are ??!!.They are selling Via Amazon , but with zero reviews . A good reputable compagny will have a telephone line to speaks to a human been , to retuned costumers calls when asked , to answer any costumers enquiries . I rather buy and spend my money from a Reputable compagny with good Ethics , who can provide good costumer services , otherwise where is the point of having a business thoses days ??!!!....Next time Before buying from a new business I will have to do some researches first, about the compagny were they are from ?, if they have a telephone number to call a costumer services , etc .., But my advice is to stay away from NUTRICS .
