Great service over the phone
Had to ring in to order as I can't get an account because my practitioner isn't registered with them, but spoke to someone really nice on the phone and the order was dealt with quickly and arrived the next day. If I could just order online it would be a 5*

Due to the terms and conditions of our suppliers, most of our products can only be purchased through a recommending Practitioner who is registered with us. We did approach your recommending Practitioner when your account was opened asking her if she wanted to register with us,which would enable you to order online, but as of yet we have not received a response.
We are pleased however that you are happy with the service you received when ordering on the telephone.
