I ordered last week. Still haven't received my order, followed up TWICE asking for information, then also via Instagram, and still have not received my order. But I did now get an email to "rank the shop on trustpilot". Well, there you go. 1 star. There's zero customer service and I haven't even received my order yet.
delivery to my country was expensive but besides that verything was good :) 😎

However the contacts after purchased are just a bit confusing ie I had no idea who the contact was when informed of process of order. It just did not relate to Nutishop
Also there is no direct contact This would have alleviated this problem as I originally flagged the contact as a scam
