Very good service and delivery in time,will order again from the Company.

Delivery was took longer than estimated, tracking info clamed items were delivered however the items had not been shipped. One of my two items i later found out was out of stock after contacting customer service and lastly the item that i did recieve was not the item i had ordered. Im sure this is just a unfortunate series of events and not the usual experience however it is annoying especially recieving the wrong item without any contact to ask if a substitute to what i had ordered would be acceptable.

Shocking this time round usually brilliant service, really let themselves down

Don’t waist your time here guys rubbish. Orded over 1 week ago and still saying not despached. Asked for refund and have to wait 5 more day to get my money back. Customer service is a robot.

Ordered some protein shakes online as they showed the cheapest price, failed to deliver by the latest day they said on the order, then today i receive an email to say 'I cancelled my order' and it was being refunded.
I didn't cancel anything! so basically waited around a week for nothing, if you didn't have them in stocki should have just received an email or you shouldn't have taken the order in the first place. Tried to call you, got an answerphone after 15 mins on hold, tried your online chat, no answer, emailed you and got an auto response- bad service AVOID

Places an order for delivery within 3-5 working days contacted them after 7 days was told they have an issue with deliveries and don’t know when it will be dispatched. Absolute waste of time won’t use again

Ordered. Didn't tell me that they haven't sent item out. Waited over a week just to be told there is a delay.

Used Nutristore for several orders of Huel. Packaging quality seemed to be mixed but delivery was fast and the price was good. However, having received a bad batch of Huel Chocolate, Nutristore have basically ghosted me . After promising to follow up with the manufacturer they've not responded to any further requests for information or a refund for a fortnight now, so I guess I'm just writing off the money. If the true reflection of a company is how they make amends when something goes wrong, Nutristore have failed miserably.

Edit: this review obviously had an effect, within a few days of publication I had an email confirming a refund.

Product excellent delivery was four days later than promised

Order this drink 10 days ago and still haven’t received my order from Nutristore

After two weeks my order was never delivered. No real help from customer services. Bit of a let down really…

Ordered a week later not even shipped.
Very poor service
Won't be using again as no communication as to why either.
