Was nervous at 1st , Alison put me at ease straight away and I felt extremely comfortable. Explained everything in great detail. Was very bloated and this has made such a difference, I will definitely be returning , thanks so much Alison .

Alison was fantastic from start to finish. She created a really calm, comfortable environment and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease.

Her approach felt very professional but also genuinely caring. She checked in throughout, made sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with real sensitivity and discretion. It’s not something you necessarily go into feeling relaxed about, but she made the whole experience far easier than expected.

Afterwards, she gave some practical advice and guidance without overcomplicating things, which I really appreciated. You can tell she knows her field well and takes pride in what she does.

I would absolutely recommend Alison to anyone considering a colonic, especially if you’re feeling a bit unsure or nervous.

On meeting Alison straight away I was put at ease. She discussed everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The procedure flew by, I barely felt. Thing. I booked my next appointment before leaving. Alison also gave me extra nutritional advice at no extra cost and provided all the relevant aftercare. I suffer so bad with constipation and have been to Alison a few times now after building the courage the first time! This time I was in pain and discomfort and couldn't get into my trousers...
