I had my first appointment yesterday and I cannot recommend Alison enough!

From our first phone conversation to the appointment itself Alison was extremely welcoming and kind. As an autistic adult I find new situations overwhelming but Alison made everything very relaxed. What a fabulous experience!! Alison was beyond amazing. This is the first time I had booked and attend such an appointment, and it will certainly not be the last. I saw Alison for a cholonic irrigation. I have never had this procedure before amd Alison put me at ease straight away. The procedure was nothing like I thought. Friendly caring considerate environment. Very passionate about the client being ME of course. The colonic i had is the same as the last one 4 months ago except this time i am 2 stone lighter. Alison was amazing and again gave me fantastic nutritional advice. It is true what people say half of our health problems come from the gut and what we put in it and believe me that's right since my first visit with Alison i have lived on fruit veg and meat. Alison is a calm and friendly person so I am immediately felt at ease. She has a wealth of knowledge and I have made some positive changes to my way of eating based on her advice. The colonic was very beneficial and even decreased my swollen and painful joints. Thank you Alison.

Alison was so welcoming, the environment was calm, clean and felt like a spa. Alison made sure to talk me through the whole treatment and supported me when I felt anxious and answered all of my questions.

The colonic itself was not “awkward” or “uncomfortable” - it was always made sure that I was warm, comfortable and wasn’t in any unnecessary discomfort.
