Difficult to contact customer service

The main issue I have is with customer service. I had a difficult time getting in touch with anyone, and the app only had a chat feature. I was charged for a second week before I even got the first week shipped to me. I had to skip that week, and when I went back in to cancel I couldn't find the cancel button, just swap and edit. I, like many people, only have so many hours in a day to navigate websites for customer service, and it is obvious that organizations hide their cancel and Customer service avenues to make it frustrating in order to give up. trhechat function on the website just sent me into loops, and I never reached a person. I was charged for a week of food I will not be able to eat as I am ou of town. Subscrition model are the worst

Better than all the others I've tried

By far the tastiest meals I have received, and I've tried 5 different meal delivery services now. Fresh, interesting dishes and clean eating! Finally I feel like I'm getting my money's worth from these subscription services.

Food was fine

Food was fine. It wasnt terrible, but every meal we tried aside from the banana bread/chocolate hummus, was very bland. Just absolutely no flavor.

I love the flavors

I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.

This is a wonderful service

This is a wonderful service. I think the food is highest quality and delicous. Everything is prepared and portioned and very easy to heat and eat. Packaging gives attention to recyclability. I ordered the 2000 calorie level and the amount of food is just right for my active lifestyle.

Suggestions: I think it would be helpful to include a letter with the box of food to describe the contents and suggestions for how to use added things in the box like the delicious sprouted greens. The meals are tasty as they are, but I like to add nutrients to my diet through herbs and spices and would appreciate suggestions from the Chef on specific ones I could add to specific meals.

It wasn't very easy to understand how…

It wasn't very easy to understand how to prepare. Not having all the nutritional values on the label is very upsetting when you track net carbs. Need better packaging and use FedEx next day for delivery.

On the back of the cardboard sleeve that your meals were enclosed in contained preparation instructions, ingredients and nutritional values.

Tasty, fresh meals

The food is nicely packaged and shipped. It's very fresh. Customer service has been helpful. The food itself has been a little hit and miss. The majority of it has been quite tasty. Some of it lacks seasoning, even salt. Overall, l have enjoyed the meals and would recommend them.

Overall disappointing

Overall disappointing. I did have a great experience with customer service, though, and the pricing is great. Love the recyclable shipping.

I received neither a shipping nor delivery email. So I had no idea my food was on its way or when it was actually delivered. Not good when you're dealing with perishable food.

The meals that I ate were tasted bland. They weren't good. And because you can't choose your meals, I received a meal with ingredients I don't eat.
