Wrong product sent

Hi , I had every bad experience with nutritionstore.ie. This was my 1st order & I think last one. I ordered mother&Baby brand thermometer as it had good features & comes with BBT chart by paying premium delivery chgs but still it got delivered after 4days. After I got the delivery, I realized they have sent some unknown brand called One+step. When I contacted customer care, she tries to get away by saying the product is same, only packaging is different, who in his sane mind would believe that. I received the product One+step, which has bad reviews and sells only for 6EUR, whereas I paid EUR20 including delivery for mother&baby thermometer. When I asked customer care about the return, she said I would have to bear the return postage cost, which blew my mind. I am hoping to get this resolved but overall very bad experience , It would have been better & faster if I had bought thermometer from a pharmacy store.
