I wish I could give zero

I wish I could give zero, customer service is not existent... they do not believe their product is faulty. I lost a set of car keys, after pleading with the company the product was only intermittently working, they advised me to continue using and monitor.... cost me $300 to get replaced.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a Guardian Watch over a year ago for my father who has dementia. From the get go the customer service has been poor. The watch was sent without the sim card despite me ordering it with one. My father is now overseas and whilst the watch appears to be working, it is not syncing to the app which shows his GPS location. This function is primary reason we purchased the watch. The support phone number does not get through to anyone. Emails are not returned in a timely manner. And when you schedule a support call, no-one actually calls you. I am at wits end with this company, and so very concerned for the welfare of my father because I cannot get ANYONE to contact me back to try and get the app working the way it should!!!

Zero customer support

After being a nuttag user for several years, I renewed my GPS tracker subscription for the year, it stopped working shortly after. No answer from support telephone line which appears to be disabled with a recording saying support is not via website only. I have emailed, lodged support tickets and requested numerous call backs. All with no reply. I am now several hundred dollars down with a useless product. Do no use

They Deserve Zero

One is too much. They deserve zero. I paid money for a watch I cannot use because they are inept at keeping it on GPS for me and no ability to contact for help, if needed, but I cannot get rid of their “so called management” to be able to use it with ordinary SIM cards to make and receive calls. Numerous attempts by me to contact them have been ignored. They have no duty of care….too many dates of experenciences.

DO NOT BUY FROM NUTTAG!!!

I purchased a Spot 4G GPS Pet Tracker inc. 2-year service plan. This pet tracker does not work. Cannot connect to the network, battery barely lasts for a day, app interface is clunky and inaccurate and Customer Service is next to non-existent. I returned mine after having to wait over a month just for a response only to have my refund request rejected. This product is a scam. If I could give it less than zero stars I would.

After sales customer service is non…

After sales customer service is non existent, they do not answer my emails and you cannot speak to a company representative. The smart phone app does not work properly and the online app is clunky and has some operating faults.

Had 2 devices will file complaint with ndis, as was purchased for disabled child who runs device is offline, tried ringing to be told mailbox full ,no online chat have tried all troubleshooting and will not work
Item is highly faulty amd there is no legitimate company or customer service

I do not recommend

I purchased the seek gps from NutTag, the gps does not work at all I contacted them stating I want to send the item back and I want my refund as the item is faulty and does not work, no response for months I then finally received a response I sent the item back, the conversation went in circles, them telling me “there in the process of new management so sorry for the delay” this response I received numerous times for 6+ months or they didn’t respond back to me for over 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, the product doesn’t work it’s faulty and by law they legally have to give my refund and delaying a refund for 6+ months is not acceptable. I do not recommend nuttag Australia, if this company offers my refund within the next 8-14 business days I will remove my reviews and give a good review on my experience that yes I did receive my refund but if my refund has not been processed within this time frame as I have been VERY patient I will be proceeding with an emotional distress court case and making my experience very clear on my reviews too Facebook ect too inform others.

Poor battery life/ lack of support

GPS never worked with own sim. Support took forever to get back to me and resolve the issue which was to use their sim.
Battery life was half a day, this was not ideal so requested a refund. Support took weeks to reply about return details.
Upon return I still haven’t received refund or any correspondence from Nuttag. I’ve sent over 6+ emails and haven’t had one reply about my return and my money being refunded.
This sounds like a scam as I’m not getting my money back! Will be reporting to fair trading.

Nut Tag Seek Pro

I purchased a "new" Nut Tag Seek Pro SOS alarm and tracker. The user guide said it came without a SIM card and that a card had to purchased. When the device was opened we found a SIM card had already been fitted (by a previous owner?). When I open the NT app on my phone it shows a map indicating where the device is located. Occasionally it shows my home address but, usually. it shows an address in South Yarra. I've not been there for decades. Perhaps it's the address of a previous owner. When the SOS button is activated a recorded voice message confirms activation but the downloaded emergency numbers are not called. Seeking clarification, I went into the NT website and submitted a tech query (support ticket). An auto response said to expect a response within 48 hours. After a week with no response, I sent a second query with the same result. My daughter posted a summary of what had transpired on Facebbok. Within hours (on a Sunday) she got a reply from NT Head of Business Development. "apology, management issues, new CEO, please consider deleting post. someone will call". Someone may have called but didn't get through and didn't leave a voicemail. I submitted a General Enquiry- no response. Sent a second GE - same result. Tried online chat. Chatted with Megan who took my landline number and said someone would call me. Nothing. Tried another online chat. Chatted to Sean who said he'd call back on the landline. That was 5 days ago and still nothing. I'm giving uo - it's not worth the effort. I now have a $327 lemon. I can't use it as a door stop - it's too small! I'll just have to think of another use for it. Next time i'll take my family's advice and get an Apple watch.

I have had 2 devices for a couple of…

i have had 2 devices for a couple of years. When renewal comes around Nuttag just take the payment no reminder or anything. Have to ask for a invoice. I will not be dealing with again as the 2 devices I had have become redundant as where 3G. That's Fine. My issue is that my account was deleted so I have no way to cancel my subscription, phone calls do not get answered. My account was debited for the 2 devices that do not work any longer. I have contacted customer service to get an automated reply. I have been to the bank to dispute the transaction.

Update. Account suddenly became active again. I cancelled my subscription. This produced several automated emails which basically said sorry to see you go and that my account was no longer active despite the fact that the subscription was paid up. Anyway sent email with my complaint. Not sure if my complaint or the disputed transaction resulted in a reply stating refund would be issued.

Update. Promised a refund but still waiting.

Update Only after putting a negative review on their website did I receive a prompt reply. I was told that my experience was due to changes in their business. My negative review on their website had already resulted in a loss of business. I am still waiting for a full refund.

Refund finally issued.

My advice is if you go through what I have heard directly to Nuttag website a post a negative review. It is the only way to get a response. Customer service is appalling.

Non existent after purchase care/service.

Purchased a 4G elderly tracker watch.
Worked for a short period of time before powering off and not being able to turn on.
Called support to no avail and was told a replacement would be sent out after filling in some forms.
I've not heard back in over 6 months...
Continual emails go unanswered, no effort in responding...
