Don’t get fooled into buying from these people

Wow, don’t get fooled into buying from these people because if you ever have an issue with your machine, the call out fee is £420 !!!! for basically an electrician call out. This is daylight robbery and they should be ashamed.
I wouldn’t buy from this company if you paid me knowing that. (Albeit too late)

Who do they think they are? I don’t know any electrician that would charge such an insane amount for a call out, let’s face it, no one would use him. Even the hospital engineers that use similar machines don’t charge a quarter of this and they deliberately won’t help you without paying a call out fee, they claim it is impossible to know the issue without even making suggestions like any normal company would.

Utterly disgraceful !!
