Nuday why drop YouTV and over complicate with "new and NOT IMPROVED just more binding and more money for you with the new YOUSEE Play HORRIBLE
So we left YouSee as we were paying way tooo much for channels we were not really using.
We signed up for YouTV which was owned by the same company NUDAY and loved how easy it was, immediately signed up online choose our 10 points worth of channels and immediately were able to stream and watch the choosen channels right away and it non binding so you could stop with 1 month notice (which we did).....went back to sign on and told YouTV was no longer availbale :-(
So with YouTV gone Yousee launches YouSee Play which seems to be the same as YoutTV far as price but the EASY PART is gone......so instead I had to go through several hoops and told to get best picture I need to order another darn box from YouSee (just when I thought we were free) and that I would not have service for a few weeks....then today that I thought things would be activated I get an email saying their technician couldn't come in!!! WHAT why does a technician need to come in for something that I want to stream and our building has been connected to YOU SEE for years this is insane!!! Great Nuday for keeping things simple and the only reason we HAVE to be customers is we want BBC News and Yousee has a monopoly here in DK such a shame the company has take 10 steps back in 2022 I guess YouTV was too successful and they had to complicate things....RANT OVER
