Ordered from the Iford premises.

Appalling customer service!!!!!!!! Have ordered many times through Just Eat and through their own website. There is always a long delivery time but the food is delicious so have always been happy to wait! Unfortunately, this time we had a guest staying and ordered and items were missing from the order which resulted in 2 out of 3 people not having their meal! It took me 20 minutes to get hold of as they do NOT answer the phone! I had to call the Bournemouth restaurant who kindly said they would contact Iford bar to call me back. By the time a call back was received we were all frustrated and food getting cold. The person on the phone was the rudest I have EVER encountered!!!!! I am in the industry myself and If ever spoke to a customer the way he did I would be sacked on the spot! After being told our 3 missing items (1 being a curry with no curry sauce!!!) would be sent out and that it would be half hour - or so, the phone was then slammed down on me. After then waiting over an hour and a half and nothing arriving, the rudest man with a stinking attitude, I will NEVER order from here or visit the Bournemouth restaurant again!!

Ordered by telephone as 2 of dishes we didn’t want any veg so thought if we spoke to someone this would be a fail safe. Unfortunately not checked on collection or by myself and so sadly when we got home both dishes had vegetables in them! Telephoned them to advise and were very apologetic and admitted was her fault but we still had to drive back in and collect it. One of the other dishes had soo much onion in it which is never good. However the replacement dishes were much better with just a sprinkling of spring onion! Thank you

Overall great food, super easy and convenient to order online using their website and with Free local delivery or collection available! One order hiccup in the past with the food being delivered earlier than the time specified but apart from that all has been good!
