Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. Probably an indicator for product quality. I ordered and received a red light mat and face mask. After doing more research I decided I no longer wanted either product and requested a return label. They responded once asking why. I provided the response and then crickets. I've reached back out to them 3 times since then and they have not responded. I'm not in the process of disputing the charge, since I've never even opened the packing materials. I just want my money back from these people. They're not a reputable company from my experience.

I purchased a Nuvio red light mat over panels for ease of use and portability. Nuvio was one of the highest rated and more affordable product options, and I love it for recovery and reducing inflammation in my knees. My kids are competitive swimmers so the whole family uses our Nuvio mat. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, our power box broke. When I contacted Nuvio customer service, they responded promptly, helped diagnose the problem, and sent me a replacement power box. It's obviously not ideal to have something go wrong with a new product, but I was very impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency of Nuvio's customer service team. Highly recommended.

I paid about $900 for the double infrared mat that comes with a free mask. On April 6th I have received the mask but the mat was not delivered or lost I don't know.

I had an issue with face mask. Bossy in customer service sent an almost immediate reply from their support email. since the directions are not included with product (accessible on line), I wasnt using the remote properly. Works great now, and I love that AND the mat. I had multiple responses and a willingness by nuvio to do whatever was needed to correct any issues.
Based on the nanometer and irradiance level (that many others do not provide) this one is very effective. The silicone mask a huge improvement from my first hard mask. A+ service and product.

i have my chiller 6 months awesome product when working in have had to replace a pump and eventually the unit both after a littke back and forth with company .
charlie has been awesome to work with most problems were my own fault or lack of understanding directions be patient is my advice they will gwt back to you ask for you to take a video and aend them to make sure problem isnt human error .
we’re moving water constantly between a unit at cold temperatures and outside temp causing expansion and contraction stuff is gonna happen for 600 bucks product far exceeds expectations.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. There isn't any. No phone number. Can't not speak to anyone. Their customer service is AI. They do not respond to emails and SMS. Finally, after trying to reach a real person I was contacted through Messenger after about a month. They state hassle free returns on their advertising. Good luck. The return policy is designed so that you cannot return for a refund. They delete bad reviews on their FB ads. I saw one posted by a customer who received the wrong item and could not return because they opened the box!!! BUYER BEWARE this company is shady.

They took my money when they did not have the item
They took my money when they did not have the product to ship. They refused to indicate when I should expect it. It seems a recurring theme for this company and many other reviews are the same product was never delivered.
I requested a refund, but they said they can’t process a refund until after the item is shipped and then returned. So if they don’t get the item shipped, they just keep the money.
I am now out $810.

I’m an artist a painter and after using my mat the arthritis in my right hand is greatly reduced. The pain in my lower back is reduced and I’m very happy with this product.
Warning - Return policy pretty much irrelevent
While I like the led mat, the customer service experience was horrible. First, I wanted to exchange for a more expensive product - I asked for the change before I ever used the product. However, if you take it out of the bag (which you have to do to even see the product or test if it works to your liking), then they will not give you a refund or let you return it. This is a warning to anyone who buys it - basically you are stuck with it if you don't like it for any reason. Second the response times were pretty bad (days to respond to email or chat) and all they do is ignore what you are asking and just keep restating their return policy over and over. I suspect they are just buying time to make the 30 days run out. Too bad for them - I actually was planning to spend more $$ with them, but because of this, I won't be buying anything else from them.

I bought sauna and red light therapy mat relying on their website reviews, Big mistake. I was disappointed right away when I opened the box. Strong chemical smell, very cheap, flimsy material, thin you can just tell right away it’s cheap. The sauna had a hole, stitches are poorly sewn, doesn’t heat up after two hours. I packed it back in the box right away and contacted their customer service. No response after two weeks, then received an email they have closed my case due to non response?!? I replied right away but been told I don’t meet their requirements to return. It’s so insane and scammy. Please don’t waste energy on their products. Seems like they are supplied by Chinese company that doesn’t care about the quality.

I recently bought the red light body size mat. I am very happy with. I am older so I was a little unsure setting it up and I called support and got help right sway. It was a very good experience.

I am very disappointed. Ordered this red-light therapy bag and it took over 6 weeks to receive. When I got it I opened the box and there were no directions or guidance on opening or setting up. I could scan the QR code and read the directions--nowhere did it say that one couldn't open the plastic bags or it was non-returnable. Even when I had to open to see the FALSE ADVERTISING component. No plastic covering over the red light part for easier cleaning. When I commented about this to support, they advised I clean with a damp cloth and Isopropyl alcohol--that would be fine with a plastic cover, but with a foam cover that is not possible. Their advertising pictures show a clear plastic cover covering the lights. I advised them of this and wanted to return, and they will not accept since they have been taken out of the sealed plastic bags (that doesn't say anywhere that it is non-returnable if removed). They have a 30 day return policy that is prominently displayed, but then won't accept the return on something that one couldn't see without opening the bag AND is prominently displayed on their advertisement and instruction pictures.
